Lastly I don't care. I've called for the same thing in my post, just not so obvious.
I pointed out the denazification laws, which don't only contain the Nürnberg Codex of Ethics, but punishments for wrongdoings of all sorts. That includes deth-sentence in Germany - which has officially been abolished.
We just don't call for lynching to protect the longlividy of the board.
