This is so true, the Constitution sets the people up as the watchmen, from local to State to Fed. The lack of involvement at local level has caused a disintegrating base of power locally and allowed the Federal Government to expand into huge unaccountable beauorcratic mess.
We have to return the power to the State and limit federal spending and overreaching.
