Has Pompeo said anything yet?

Reading around, it looks like if there were an incoming nuke threat and the President was called to a meeting on a decision, the Chairman of the JCS is not an automatic attendee. That depends on the Secdef.

NSC Director is automatic.

So let's spitball some meeting happened concerning a first-strike due to CCP election interference. An act of war. No emergency decision needed, because of a first-strike decision. I don't think Mlley would have had to have been there unless asked to by Pompeo. Grenell would have been involved.

Grenell saying don't listen to Woodard is big, potentially. Nothing by Pompeo big, as well.

Let's spitball more and say Milley waited to see what Pompeo did. Kansas did nothing. Milley can't deny anything because Kansas is holding all the cards, waiting for Milley to fuck up.

Other interesting point I saw was that Milley said he followed legal procedure, but legal procedure may not be the same as expected military procedure in this situation. Called a four term fallacy. Using the same term in the premises, but not defining their actual meaning enough to show they are actually portraying the same concept. Deceptive.

Have to wait on Kansas, I think.

Again, I'm not saying there was a meeting. Just trying to think of a scenario of why China was worrying about a first strike nuke out of the US, and how that would look if there was a meeting about it.

I fucked up thinking Pompeo was secdef at the end.

Miller was.

Miller calls out Milley for calling without authorization.

Fight will be about what Milley means by legal procedure and what Miller means by authorization.

I think Milley answers to secdef. Also think, JCS chair would go to a nuke decision meeting only when asked to by the secdef. Not automatic.

Miller waited until Milley committed himself, then called his shit. Strong move, considering I'm not sure if Miller is 100% in the Trump corner.

Just remembered Esper was secdef on 1st call, but Miller was there as asst.

This will get good, because I think Miller can walk the walk, like you say.

He'll have to take out both Esper and Milley.

Bidan had to know what was going on, too, IMO. A lot of this from Milley may be trying to protect Bidan. Before the election is nasty stuff.

Yes.

That's why Miller coming out strong against Milley is a good sign.

A lot of if's with Miller about Pence and the challenge coin speech after Pence apparently bailed on Jan 6.

Good, too, IMO, that Miller waited for Milley to show his colors before saying anything. They have Milley boxed in and Bidan decided to double down with Milley. If Milley goes, Bidan does, too, at this point, looks like. The lines are drawn.

Yup.

My take.

Milley takes down Bidan.

Heels is POTUS. Picks Mr. 66% Newsom (oh so popular) as VP.

BDA's take from last night (paraphrased):

Boys who back-stabbed Milley in the Pentagon to start the ball rolling take over JCS. Vindmann was first to tweet out Milley should go, yesterday. He'll be sitting pretty in a Hells admin.

Milley got fed the wrong info wrt Afg, and Bidan went with what Milley told him. Heels, cackling, told Joe it was a no brainer. Just do it.
