It's a bug.
You post once and wait for image to appear.
It appears with an error message because it is attempting to post again (on its own).
Board settings say can't post image more than once in a thread.
If they were different (allowing multiple postings), you would see your post several times.
I think mgmt knows but they're putting out different fires.
