Eating the fruit of this tree makes you judgemental.
You THINK you can judge what is good and evil.
We all eat of this tree in a symbolic sense when we judge others.
But just as we have no access to the tree of eternal life, we no longer have access to the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.
But we continue to THINK WE DO.
