OK, so, Pelosi knew. Heels, too, most likely. This was around the time Pelosi and Heels wanted the nuke codes, so whatever Milley talked to china about, it obviously wasn't good enough for Pelosi, IMO. She wanted to bypass Milley, but he would have no say in a final launch decision, anyway, AFAIK
Looks to me, from what I read, that Milley could take part in any launch meeting, as an advisor, only if the secdef asked him to be there. He couldn't order shit. So where does he get off telling the CCP he'll make sure nothing bad happens?

BDA surmising Bidan & Milley cooked up a deal to make Bidan look all big and stuff straightening out Afghanistan so Bidan could walk into the 911 ceremonies as a hero. Deal date was last December. Further, Woodward book released was timed for right after Bidan's 911 endzone dance, and was meant to pawn Trump off as crazed and insane.

My question is, would a book announcement date be so set in stone that it couldn't be pulled or delayed if things went south beforehand? Don't buy that part.
BDA also saying Harris has goods on them all. If so, Woodward may have been brought in to take out Milley, Bidan & Trump.
Outside chance, still, IMO only, that Milley is a covert WH, and stung them all.
Not vouching for BDA, but hypothesis about 911 coordination with Milley & Bidan isn't too far-fetched, regardless of who presents it, IMO.
