Medical history included joint injury and back pain from an unknown date and unknown if ongoing. Concomitant medications included fish oil (FISH OIL), ergocalciferol (VITAMIN D [ERGOCALCIFEROL]), loratadine (CLARITINE), fluticasone (FLUTICASONE) taken for an unspecified indication. Patient did the receive any other vaccines within 4 weeks prior to the COVID vaccine. Prior to vaccination, the patient was not diagnosed with COVID-19. Since the vaccination, the patient has not been tested for COVID-19. On 25Apr2021 23:00 the patient experienced erectile dysfunction multiple times Continuous joint aches, insomnia, increased high anxiety levels, diminished sex drive, continuous joint aches, possible gout build up. Patient experienced diminished sex drive leading to erectile dysfunction multiple times continuous joint aches, that previously were not an issue, ever. Patient was hospitalized for 1 day. Hospitalization was not prolonged. The adverse event resulted in doctor or other healthcare professional office/clinic visit, emergency room/department or urgent care. Patient had not received any treatment for adverse events. The outcome of all events was not recovered.
