>Trump will be President again soon.

I had job, a menial job, when I was in the military. I worked as a blotter clerk at the MP desk at Ft. Carson. I liked my job, it was fun and interesting and the people that I worked with were pretty cool about everything. And the hours were better than what I had been doing before I started working at the MP desk.

No one ever told me that I was doing a good job, but no one ever told me that I was doing a bad job either.

At one point, I wanted to go on leave. But I was told that my leave would not be approved unless I could find a replacement for myself while I was gone. Not sure if that was SOP, but that's what I was told. So I set about finding myself a replacement for the two weeks that I wanted to take. I basically begged several people to take my place and finally found a reluctant taker. So with a little on the job training for this person, I got my leave time and off I went.

Well, apparently the person who I had gotten to temporarily replace myself turned out to not work out so well. Not sure of the specifics.

But when I returned from leave and went back to work everyone clapped and cheered that I had returned and said they were so glad that I was back.

That was one of the finest feelings that I ever had in all of my years of working.

Appreciation.

It made me think about the idea of the possibility of Trump returning as POTUS. Will he get the appreciation that he so deserves from people who otherwise were not inclined to give it to him?
