Notice how beautifully POTUS is handling Amazon here. The US Postmaster General Megan Brennan being a government employee can't think her way out of a paper bag. She refused to raise rates because they were set by contract.

POTUS, being a business man, knows that Amazon's recourse is a law suit. And we all know POTUS is a master chess player in the courtroom. In the mean time, Amazon has to pay or their packages won't ship. Check.

Goldman Sachs has come up several times in research as a big time black hat. In Obama's final speech at the WH Correspondent's Dinner in 2016 he joked about going to work for Goldman Sachs as if that's a natural transition for corrupt politicians and government officials.
