I wounder if schools are doing the movie theater thing and using cell phone blockers to discourage use. I always wondered why people who deploy those don't get sued for blocking access to emergency communications (911 calls)
More people goto school than sign up for the military. Has a slight effect on the numbers when you look at only totals and not as a percentage of the group.
