I don't believe this is what Q was referring to. This mass resignation actually is what Bergoglio wants. He will not replace these men with cabal, while having the appearance that he is cleaning out, and relieving himself from some heat.
What Q was talking about is the conclave. He's going to expose the fraud this month.
