Considering much of Q's plan was to expose the election fraud that would have included Biden winning to prove the fraud and everything that has happened since.
And didn't Trump want Biden to run against him at one stage?
I'm wondering if Biden 'resold' himself to Q (to 'save' himself) and is being used as a double agent of sorts..
Milley = first arrest? Would his arrest be enough to shock the world though? Could it set the scene for further actions?
