How will indicting Sussman be any different from Clinesmith - get off with maybe a slap on the wrist and nothing more? Hope this is not the case, but we'll have to see if anything big might actually come from this possible indictment. Clinesmith fraudulently changed documents for FISA court and skated by with….nothing. Here's hoping there is finally some accountability.
