I am watching the Mel K and Patrick Byrne video in which they mention one company (Cede or CD) Company, a New Jersey corporation, that owns all corporations in America and is linked to Railroad companies owned by bloodline families.

What is the name of that corporation? I'm trying to research and can't find it, but not sure I understand the name.
