I have noticed many in the media using the term devolution.
You know how programming works…repeat, repeat, repeat.
Also how 'spells' work.
Do any of you faggots know what this word truly means and how it is being used?

Meaning sovereign State legislation can be usurped by lower state/local entities who may have other agendas.
What got me thinking was the word itself. It grates in my ears every time I hear it, and I'm hearing it spoken a lot…why?
