Joe Biden viciously attacked Republican governors over healthcare in a scathing tweet Thursday night, singling out the governors of Florida and Texas after his administration admitted it is slashing delivery of lifesaving monoclonal antibody treatments for COVID-19 to their states because of ‘equity’ with states with higher vaccination rates.

Biden (or whoever wrote it for him) posted on Twitter, “Republican governors in states like Texas and Florida are doing everything they can to undermine the public health requirements that keep people safe. They’re playing politics with the lives of their citizens, especially children. I refuse to give in to it.”

As TGP reported earlier Thursday, White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki defended the Biden administration slashing delivery in half of the monoclonal antibody treatment to Florida from a requested 70,000.

Newsmax reporter Emerald Robinson confronted Psaki on this and asked her why the Biden Regime is slashing doses of treatments sent to Florida when there is no shortage of supply to begin with.

“The Biden Administration is cutting supplies in red states by 50% – so for example, in Florida, they were expecting to get 70,000 doses this week which they say they need – they’re only getting 30,000 doses,” Emerald Robinson said. “And this is just not for unvaccinated people. In South Florida half the people who are seeking this treatment are fully vaccinated, so why is the Biden Administration cutting these supplies?”

Psaki smirked as she gleefully admitted the Biden Regime’s priority is to be “equitable.”

Corrupt DC Judge Emmett Sullivan blocked a Trump-era expulsion of migrant illegal alien families caught crossing the border into the United States.

Sullivan refused to drop the case against General Michael Flynn even after the DOJ dropped their case against him. Sullivan should be serving time instead he is an active judge in the DC district.

Obama’s FBI framed General Flynn and corrupt Judge Sullivan refused to dismiss the case after the DOJ dropped the case just to harass Flynn and cost him money.

President Trump finally stepped in and issued Flynn a full presidential pardon, but Judge Sullivan continued to harass Flynn.

Judge Sullivan then declared the case against Flynn “moot” but only after Trump’s pardon. THe man is a crook.

Now, Judge Sullivan has blocked a Trump-era rule blocking illegal migrant families from entry into the US.

A U.S. district judge on Thursday blocked the expulsion of migrant families caught crossing the U.S.-Mexico border, exempting them from an order put in place by former President Donald Trump’s administration early in the COVID-19 pandemic.

Judge Emmett Sullivan said the block of the order would go into effect in 14 days.

U.S. President Joe Biden has faced growing pressure from some immigration advocates, health experts and fellow Democrats to end the so-called Title 42 order that has essentially cut off access to asylum for hundreds of thousands of migrants.

Title 42, which has been in effect since March 2020, will still apply to single adults, who represent most of the migrants arrested trying to enter the United States.

China Applies To Join CPTPP Trade Pact - Boasts Its Leadership Will Leave US "Increasingly Isolated"

In a hugely symbolic move sure to have lasting consequences for any future Washington efforts to isolate Beijing, China has filed an application to join the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP), the country's commerce ministry announced Thursday.

The Pacific trade pact involves Japan, Australia, Malaysia, New Zealand and others among 11 total countries, which began in 2018 - though previous to that it was known as the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) and ironically was long deemed a crucial economic counterweight to China's regional influence. Britain is currently also in negotiations to joint by the end of 2022, London confirmed this summer.

During the Obama administration, the US had framed it as a trade bloc for countering China's influence, arguing that the US should be the spearhead of regional rules of trade. Trump had later pulled out of the deal in 2017. The CPTPP subsequently replaced the TPP, with Japan leading the revised pact.

Without doubt some US officials and Congressional China hawks are expected to push back with regional allies against the prospect of China's joining. Reuters and Bloomberg confirmed the application on Thursday, detailing that "China submitted the formal application letter to join the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) to New Zealand, according to a statement late on Thursday (Spet 16) in Beijing."

China state-run media hailed the application as affirming China's leading role in global trade and success in resisting Washington pressures. For example Communist Party mouthpiece Global Times had this to say in a Thursday op-ed just hours after the announcement:

The late-night announcement aims to cement China's leadership role in global trade, while piling pressure on the US that has thus far stayed away from rejoining the revised version of the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP), a regional trade pact initiated by the US under former President Barack Obama that was widely believed to be aimed at containing China's rise, experts said.

GT took further swipes, suggesting China represents multilateralism in the face of Washington bullying as follows:

China is hoping for the CPTPP to put global trade and economic cooperation back on track, underscoring the need for multilateralism, thereby reviving both the Chinese economy and the global economy in the post-COVID-19 era.

More importantly, watchers of international affairs stressed that China's latest step that is set to steady its partnership with CPTPP members, would inevitably subject the US to what could be overwhelming pressure.

Iowa Redistricting Agency Releases Democrat-Friendly Map While GOP Has Majorities in State Legislature

The nominally “nonpartisan” Iowa redistricting agency released a decidedly Democrat-friendly map on Thursday, setting the stage for a possible rejection by the Iowa Legislature, where Republicans enjoy large majorities in both the State Senate and the State House of Representatives.

You can read the 35 page report dated September 16, 2021 and released by the Iowa Legislative Services Agency [LSA] on Thursday, titled, “First Redistricting Plan,” here.

Notably, the report states:

Iowa Code section 42.4(5) provides that a district shall not be drawn for the purpose of favoring a political party, incumbent legislator or member of Congress, or other person or group, or for the purpose of augmenting or diluting the voting strength of a language or racial minority group. Data that shall not be used in establishing districts include addresses of incumbent legislators or members of Congress, political affiliations of registered voters, previous election results, and any demographic information, other than population head counts, except as required by the Constitution and the laws of the United States.

The Legislative Services Agency did not consider the addresses of incumbents, the political affiliations of registered voters, previous election results, or demographic information other than population headcounts in the development of congressional, senatorial, and representative districts. Following the development of proposed Senate and House districts, the Legislative Services Agency reviewed information indicating which districts in the proposed plan incumbent Senators elected from an evennumbered or odd-numbered district resided for purposes of numbering Senate districts in accordance with Iowa law. FBI Scandal Over Sexually Abused Gymnasts Rises to Criminal Level, Says Inspector General

Michael Horowitz, Department of Justice inspector general, dropped a bomb during the Senate hearing to get to the bottom of the hideous and inexplicable FBI cover-up of sexual abuse of the women’s USA gymnastics team that led to the molestation of hundreds of female athletes.

Mandy O’Brien, a body language expert, put out the video below analyzing FBI chief Christopher Wray and his weasel-like responses to the grilling. Not only is the body language analysis fascinating, but this clip shows that the DOJ inspector general himself believes the actions of the FBI may have been criminal in nature. “We found that they violated criminal law sufficiently,” he said adding that he had referred the agents involved for prosecution. The DOJ inexplicably refused to prosecute and refused to even send a representative to be questioned by the Senate panel.

Dick Durbin (D-Ill.) asked Horowitz if the FBI employees misrepresented the facts of the investigation. Horowitz answered, “They did. We found that both the person who wrote the report that Ms. Maroney testified about falsely testified to us about what he did in connection with that report.” Then Horowitz dropped an incredibly scandalous nugget of information: “And Special Agent in charge [Jay] Abbott made false statements to us about steps that he took in 2015 when these allegations came in but also about his job-seeking efforts with the U.S. Olympic committee.”

Excuse me? The special agent in charge of the FBI listened to witness statements that Larry Nassar was fingering little girls and he didn’t arrest anyone, but instead tried to get a job with Nassar’s employer. Is that what I am hearing? Did an FBI agent bury criminal pedophilia for personal gain? Not only should he be prosecuted for lying to the FBI and for being a terrible person, but he should also have all of his hard drives confiscated and every minor in his life should be interviewed immediately to find out if he is a pedophile too. The Indy Star has done a great job trying to uncover this disgusting mess.

Penny later resigned his post in March 2017, facing public scrutiny and backlash, and has been charged with evidence tampering.

Within a week of Penny’s resignation, Abbott emailed an unnamed friend expressing interest in applying for another job: the USA Gymnastics vacancy created by Penny’s resignation.

Online child sex sting leads to 5 arrests

Kerr County Sheriff Larry Leitha announced today the arrest of five men following a multi-day sting operation designed to interdict online child predators.

The KCSO operation was completed on Wednesday, Sept. 15 and resulted in the arrest of Joseph James Valles, 52, of Kerrville; Adrian Steven Rodriguez, 31, of Kerrville; Cody Garrett Bowen, 31, of Kerrville; Cesar Alvarez, 48, of San Antonio; and Jorge Pichardo, 42, of San Antonio.

“A total of five suspects were arrested after talking online with officers and attempting to meet what they believed to be underage males and females,” Leitha said. “The Kerr County Sheriff’s Office would like to thank our inter-agency partners at the state and local level for their outstanding contributions. Through their professionalism and collaboration, this operation was successful in uncovering and intercepting online dangers to the children in Kerr County. More than a dozen officers participated in this operation, from many areas of law enforcement."

Participating in the operation were officers from the KCSO Criminal Investigation Division, KCSO Special Operations Division, Texas Department of Public Safety Criminal Investigation Division, Texas Highway Patrol, Texas Rangers, Kerrville Police Department, Texas Department of Criminal Justice Office of the Inspector General and the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission, Leitha said.

“The arrest of a single subject can prevent the victimization of dozens of underage people. We are actively seeking additional information about other victims for further law enforcement action,” Leitha said. “The KCSO team, working closely with other jurisdictions, will spare no effort to protect the children of Kerr County. We appreciate the strong support of our local and state colleagues. They did a great job in making this operation a success.”

Valles, who was arrested and charged with prostitution (person under 18), has a previous conviction for capital murder and is currently being held a $50,000 bond.

Rodriguez is facing a charge of online solicitation of a minor/sexual contact and his bond was set at $50,000.

Bowen was charged with online solicitation of a minor/sexual contact. Bowen was also booked in the Kerr County Jail, where he is being held on a $50,000 bond.

Alvarez was booked on a charge of online solicitation of prostitution and is being held without bond.

Pichardo is also being held without bond on a charge of online solicitation of a minor/sexual contact, as well as resisting arrest.

“This operation represents a new era in confronting those who victimize children in our area,” Leitha said. “This multi-agency effort produced multiple arrests of people trying to meet underage victims. Using digital, in-person, and online methods, we have prevented immediate and ongoing threats. Operations of this kind combat human trafficking, child sex crime, among other criminal activity.”

Additional charges may be added as this investigation continues, Leitha said, adding that as in all criminal cases, charges may be added or modified prior to trial and all suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
