combine pharma (ssri's) and mobile phone (frequency) with certain media and you can activate people who never knew they were programmed. it doesn't take being mentally broken/extreme abuse, it just takes using what has already been laid down as a framework -for everyone- via media.
Most know about the 25th frame effect wrt subliminal messaging. That's really old now. Now it's done with layers the eye cannot see, but unconscious can. Same with music (on a loop in stores, on radio in offices, etc). Layers of sound you cannot hear consciously.
