Another school shooting event - another trauma based mind controlled slave?

Everyone is still using the old outdated name MK Ultra (1950's to 1970's), but in the 1980's it became MONARCH Mind Control, and last month Q posted that the name has changed to ORION.

The technology to rape, extreme torture, drugs, to "program" children for years into usable slaves has become much more sophisticated, with high tech devices and scalar wave directed mind control programming.

Unfortunately, the only survivors who have come forward are middle aged and they tell of the old techniques. Cisco Wheeler/Fritz Springmeier, Cathy O' Bryan, Jay Parker, Katherine Hamlet are all worth looking up to understand how "programming" was done to these poor children decades ago.

What about the current generation of mind controlled slaves in the public eye now?
