Here's the thing: the schools shooting are starting to look like template events.
Templates are patterns and patterns have makers.
If so, then it's inconceivable that law enforcement at some level doesn't know who – specifically – is manufacturing these events with that template.
OTOH, the fact there are White Hats in control, and these things still happen, suggests that they are not organized in any way.
Also possible.
In which case it would suggest Black Hats are better organized than White Hats.
Then too there is the sort of organization that is disorganized – where the links are indirect and systemic, as with Jihadis.
Well, there is the doctrine that "possession is 9/10 of the law."
If this post is a warning, one pattern is this: they are preceded by bad news for Black Hats.
