I had a panic attack last night, a real deal one. First time in my life I've ever experienced anything like it. I precipiced. It was probably the most terrified I've ever been, thought for sure it was a heart attack and I was dying. My young child and I were the only ones home. While this was all happening my child was also very scared for obvious reasons. As I'm laying on the bed he handed me a piece of paper and said read this daddy. It was a small slip of paper with a Bible verse on it, "God is our refuge and strength, and ever present help in trouble". Psalm 46:1. I'm not a Bible fag but as a read it and immediate calming started. I asked where he got that from and he pointed at a box he had opened. It was some My Pillow sheets we had ordered. Thank you Mike, I needed that more than ever.
