Regarding the peer review process for major scientific and medical journals I have noticed many articles on study of natural immunity in Covid-convalescent (virus recovered) individuals seem to end up in non-peer reviewed publications.
This is an obstacle when having arguments with infectious disease physicians. The tendency is for an academic to reject something not peer reviewed.

What degree of influence and control does Fauci have over peer review process for work submitted to “respected” top tier Journals? My sense is someone is censoring for topic. Those articles that are accepted & published have a pro-vaccine slant. I don’t search the literature as often as I should and bias is pretty obvious to me.
