The Biden regime has confessed to the indiscriminate slaughter of 10 Afghan civilians, including 7 children in Kabul with a drone strike they originally claimed took the lives of individuals involved with the coordination of suicide bombings that resulted in the deaths of 13 U.S. servicemembers at the Kabul airport.

The Biden regime has admitted that the Kabul drone strike meant for “ISIS-K” terrorists in Afghanistan actually killed an innocent Afghan aid worker and 9 members of his family, including 7 children. The admission came from Gen. Frank McKenzie, the top general of US Central Command, at the Pentagon on Friday.

“This strike was taken in the earnest belief that it would prevent an imminent threat to our forces and the evacuees at the airport, but it was a mistake and I offer my sincere apology,” he said, adding that he is “fully responsible for this strike and this tragic outcome.” Sumaya, the youngest child killed by the Biden regime, was just two years old.

US intelligence had reportedly been tracking the man’s car for 8 hours before the drone strike killed him and his entire family. The government had initially suspected the man of being an ISIS-K terrorist, supposedly mistaking containers of water for deadly explosives.

The strike happened as the aid worker – named as Zamairi Akmadhi – pulled into the driveway of his home, 3km (1.8 miles) from the airport.

The explosion set off a secondary blast, which US officials initially said was proof that the car was indeed carrying explosives. However the investigation has found it was most likely caused by a propane tank in the driveway.

The New York Times previously reported that the Biden administration was lying about the target, using security cameras and eyewitness reports to confirm that the Biden regime killed at least one innocent civilian. Today, the Biden regime has finally admitted this reporting was accurate.

Former Trump Administration Secretary of Defense Christopher Miller has come out and said that he “did not and would not ever authorize” General Mark Milley’s calls with the CCP. However, it has been reported he and Defense Secretary Mark Esper had “full knowledge” of the secret calls, including “about 15” other people. Esper was reportedly significantly involved in the secret CCP calls alongside Milley. “Milley was absolutely not going rogue. Esper took the initiative on this in October. Esper asked his own policy folks to backchannel the message. Milley’s message followed Esper’s,” said Washington Post columnist Josh Rogin after speaking to a senior defense official who confirmed the allegation.

Obama Publicly Endorses Justin Trudeau Ahead Of Canada's Upcoming Election

For all the hustle and bustle about interfering in foreign elections we have heard over the last 5 years, no one seemed to notice or care that Former President Barack Obama publicly endorsed Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau ahead of the country's upcoming election.

Calling Trudeau his "friend", Obama said that the Prime Minister has been an effective leader and strong voice for democratic values, and I'm proud of the work we did together."

Obama wished him the "best in Canada's upcoming election".

It marks the second time that Obama has endorsed Trudeau: he also made a similar endorsement in 2019.

Yongbyon Nuclear Research Center: Construction Activity Near ELWR

Recent commercial satellite imagery of the Yongbyon Nuclear Scientific Research Center indicates that construction has been ongoing at a site just south of the Experimental Light Water Reactor (ELWR) since April and has recently picked up pace. Although the exact purpose of the future building is still unclear, it may be intended to play a supportive role in future ELWR operations. The new building is currently located outside the reactor area perimeter security wall, but that can easily be expanded.

Water is still being discharged from the 5 MWe Reactor, indicating some level of operations, although other traditional signatures, such as steam from the generator hall, have not been observed. These activities, along with recently reported construction at the Uranium Enrichment Plant (UEP), all reflect heightened operations throughout the Yongbyon complex.

ELWR Construction Activity

Imagery from April through September shows that a new construction site near the ELWR has picked up pace in recent weeks. A September 15 image reveals that the building will most likely consist of two floors, although slightly larger (47 meters long by 17 meters wide) than the ELWR’s engineering office building (40 by 13 meters). While the construction site is outside the perimeter wall of the reactor area, the main road for the reactor complex runs directly to the new building. Given the size of the construction site, more buildings will likely be constructed there to support ELWR operations.

5 MWe Reactor

Imagery from September 9 shows water from the 5 MWe Reactor is still being discharged into the outflow channel leading into the Kuryong River. However, no other traditional indicators, such as steam from the generator hall, have been observed. This could mean that the activity at the reactor is either not currently involved in electrical power production, or that the generator hall has been modified to avoid releasing visible steam plumes. If the reactor is indeed operating without generating electricity, then its sole purpose is to produce plutonium for nuclear weapons.

Biden Administration Pushes Congress to Require Banks to Turn Account Info Over to IRS

The Biden administration is pressuring lawmakers to enact a controverisal plan requiring banks to turn over to the Internal Revenue Service detailed information about inflows and outflows of almost all American bank accounts.

Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen and IRS Commissioner Charles Rettig sent letters to lawmakers this week asking Congress to include in tax hike legislation a requirement that banks report annual transaction data on accounts with $600 or more or that have $600 worth of transaction over the year, the Wall Street Journal reported.

The result would be the collection of detailed data about the bank transactions of tens of millions of everyday Americans.

The aim is to help the I.R.S. collect taxes from individuals and businesses on unreported income and to create more leads for audits.

The Biden administration claims the additional information would result in the IRS collecing an additional $460 billion over a decade. The administration wants to use this additional revenue to offset some of the new spending for expanded government social policies and green new deal schemes Congress is currently considering.

The proposal did not make it into the list of tax change proposals put together by House Democrats. The Wall Street Journal reported that absence is a sign that the proposal lacked support among Democratic lawmakers.

Financial institutions say it would impose a costly compliance burden that would be especially difficult to manage for smaller banks and credit unions. Critics have also said that the IRS lacks the ability to rationally analyze the enormous amount of data it would receive.

Critics of the proposal also warn that the proposal would create a centralized database of nearly all Americans’ bank accounts, loans, and investment accounts—a likely target for hackers and spies. The risks of such a database were highlighted last year when the leftwing investigative journalism website Pro Publica said it had “obtained a vast trove of Internal Revenue Service data on the tax returns of thousands of the nation’s wealthiest people, covering more than 15 years.” If this proposal had been in place at the time, Pro Public might also have data on bank credits and debits.

In her letter, Yellen argues that tax compliance is much higher when people know that the IRS has data on their income. In other words, even if the IRS cannot effectively analyze the data, just the fact that it has it might persuade Americans to report income that might have gone unreported.

“Wage and salary income is reported to the IRS on W-2 reports, and tax obligations are automatically withheld, so compliance rates stand at 99 percent,” Yellen wrote. “It is clear that when taxpayers know that this information exchange exists, their voluntary compliance rises.”

Banks and other financial firms already report interest, dividend, and investment income to the IRS. Wages get reported to the IRS and the Social Security Administration.

The IRS can summon bank account information during audits but taxpayers can fight these requests by showing they are for an illegitimate purpose or irrelevant to the inquiry.

Yellen claims in her letter that although the IRS would receive bank information on Americans of all incomes, the proposal is aimed at collecting more taxes from the wealthy. Lower income Americans would benefit, according to Yellen, because they would allegedly be at lower risk of an audit.

Mass. teachers union says standardized tests have allowed 'white supremacy to flourish'

A teachers union in Massachusetts claim the state's standardized testing has "allowed white supremacy to flourish."

The Massachusetts Teachers Association wants to strip the Massachusetts Comprehensive Assessment System (MCAS) as a part of graduation requirements for students.

"The implementation of the MCAS and other standardized tests has had the exact opposite effect of what was supposed to occur when the system was introduced more than 20 years ago," said MTA president Merrie Najimy in a statement.

The union is backing a bill to give students "multiple pathways" to show their educational competency apart from the MCAS standardized testing.

"Public schools in predominantly Black and brown communities have been taken over by state bureaucrats who have been using standardized testing as a tool not to improve opportunities for students," continued Najimy, "but instead as one to pry public education from the hands of the families and educators who know best what their students need."

Najimy and the MTA had opposed MCAS by calling for their cancellation over the coronavirus pandemic.

"Once you get past this year, it's gonna be a real critical time to reimagine what could be, which means really thinking about bringing in more school quality measures and new ways to judge how our schools are doing," said Najimy in January.

Critics of standardized testing say their are biased against minority and disadvantaged children.

"You have these third-party vendors creating these tests for school districts and states, and states are forced to implement them," said Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-N.Y.) in an interview about standardized testing.

"So it made a lot of people a lot of money. But then the charter school industry is also part of that money train as well because the tests have been weaponized against teachers and schools and teachers' unions," he explained. "The more you say a teacher is bad and a public school is bad, the more momentum you have to close that school. And when school's close, charter schools open."

Bowman specifically says shutting down standardized testing is aligned with his effort for "racial justice."

Others say standardized testing allows the government to identify low performing schools in order to improve education for minority and other underserved students.

"The primary purpose of education reform in Massachusetts was and is equity. MCAS shines a light on how much students are learning," argued Professor Paul Reville, who formerly served as the state's secretary of education.

"It highlights those Black, brown, and other students who are being failed by our education system," he added. "It calls attention to their challenges and provides a rationale for giving teachers support they deserve to help their students meet high standards."

PA State Senator Doug Mastriano On Election Subpoenas: “We’re Still Nowhere Closer To An Audit Than We Were Last November.”

On Wednesday, the Pennsylvania senate issued lackluster subpoenas for election evidence that failed to include ballots or machines used in the 2020 election.

The Gateway Pundit reported this fact as it leaves many wondering what the point of this audit is.

WJAC reported that Corman said not to even consider this a recount. Apparently, it is just a review of the system but that still begs the question, why didn’t they subpoena the machines?

This audit is led by Pennsylvania Senate President Jake Corman, and the Gateway Pundit has reported on Corman’s efforts to stall the audit for months now. President Trump even put his name on blast in June for failing to act on his promises days after Senator Mastriano led a delegation to Arizona.

Jake Corman has fired Doug Mastriano’s staff and removed him from his committee, falsely claiming that Cris Dush was spearheading efforts and that Mastriano had stepped down. With a heavy heart, Mastriano responded saying that he has not and will not retreat.

Arizona State Senator Wendy Rogers describes Mastriano as a “high-integrity intellect”, and his Ph.D. In history gives him a vast understanding of our Nation’s history along with its greatness. He is not interested in playing politics like RINO Jake Corman.

The Gateway Pundit’s Jordan Conradson spoke to Senator Mastriano who said the audit is a dog and pony show at this point.

Conradson: so I know that you weren’t just leading the Pennsylvania delegation down to the Arizona audit in June, you were leading the nation, you were leading all the delegations because Pennsylvania was the first. So what happened to your leadership role in the audit, since June?

Mastriano: So, as everyone knows they kicked off on November 25th of last year. We were the first state to do an in person hearing on what happened on November 3 and it was great to see Pennsylvania finally leading in a positive direction after so many years of lagging behind. The irony is today of course it’s Constitution Day. On this day in 1787 in Philadelphia, the Constitution was signed and as Benjamin Franklin came out there was a throng of people outside of Philadelphia and this lady, Mrs. Powell yelled to him Well Mr. Franklin, what do we have a monarchy or Republic, and he said a Republic, if you can keep it. Those words are coming down to us today. So we did a hearing, November, and then of course, I’m facing lots of obstacles trying to get a forensic audit, like Arizona is doing/did in our state. So finally, on July 7, well, as you mentioned, lead the Pennsylvania delegation down to Arizona and I’m like, “This needs to happen back in Pennsylvania” met with quite a bit of resistance as you can imagine from the swamp, some people call a sewer, whatever. And then, on July 7, I issued, as a chair of a standing committee with U.S. Constitutional authority under Article One, Section Four, one, to issue letters to three counties, asking them to comply with a full forensic investigation and audit. And they all defaulted to a subpoena, was lined up to vote on a subpoena in August, on August 6. Right before we sun shined it, all a sudden I’m getting calls from the committee members saying that the President of the Senate, Senator Jake Corman called behind my back to the Republican committee members asked them not to do it, basically it was canceled. And it wasn’t. I work through whatever issues that supposedly had at the time and then had another date picked for a vote and I was told that it would be stripped of my committee chair and lose my staff if I move forward. We move forward, but I was never able to get a vote on the subpoenas because Senator Corman stripped me of my committee chair and removed my staff in Harrisburg, and this is the kind of politics of course that people around the nation are sick of. That’s the kind of thing that led to this catastrophe of voting fraud last year, this is a reason why so many states aren’t moving forward, but God bless Arizona. And that’s what we’re facing here.
