The Atlantic’s Franklin Foer Allegedly Identified as “Reporter-2” in the Sussmann Indictment

I have a column today in the Hill on the indictment of former Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann by Special Counsel John Durham. The indictment fills in a great number of gaps on one of the Russian collusion allegations pushed by the Clinton campaign: Alpha bank. Sussman and others reportedly pushed the implausible claim that the Russian bank served as a conduit for communications between the Trump campaign and the Kremlin. The indictment removes the identity of key actors like a “Tech Executive” who used his connections with an Internet company to help the Clinton campaign (and said he was promised a top cyber security position in the widely anticipated Clinton Administration). One of those figures however may have been identified: “Reporter-2.” Atlantic staff writer Franklin Foer wrote an article for Slate that seems to track the account of the indictment and, as such, raises questions over his role as a conduit for the Clinton campaign’s effort to spread the false story.

The indictment discusses how Fusion GPS pushed for the publication of the story, telling Foer that it was “time to hurry” on the story.:

“The Investigative Firm Employee’s email stated, ‘time to hurry’ suggesting that Reporter-2 should hurry to publish an article regarding the Russian Bank-1 allegations. In response, Reporter-2 emailed to the Investigative Firm Employee a draft article regarding the Russian Bank-1 allegations, along with the cover message: ‘Here’s the first 2500 words.’”

The indictment states Reporter-2 published the article “on or about the following day, October, 31, 2016.” That is when Slate published a piece written by Foer headlined, “Was a Trump Server Communicating With Russia?” The story then was pushed by the Clinton campaign.

Foer has not addressed this close coordination with Fusion, including the showing of an advanced copy of his article. He later stated the following in the Atlantic:

“Every article is an exercise in cost-benefit analysis; each act of publication entails a risk of getting it wrong, and sometimes events force journalists to assume greater risk than they would in other circumstances. Before I published the server story, I asked myself a fairly corny question: How would I sleep the next week if Donald Trump were elected president, knowing that I had sat on a potentially important piece of information? In the end, Trump was elected president, and I still slept badly.”

The cost behind this article is getting it wrong but relying too greatly on a biased source without independent research. Foer states that he was more concerned with missing a chance on the story only to have Trump elected. We have been discussing the rise of advocacy journalism and the rejection of objectivity in journalism schools.

In this case, Foer allegedly coordinated with investigators paid by the Clinton campaign to publish a story that had little or no basis. Even the researchers quoted in the indictment objected that the theory was unsupported and could bring public ridicule. Yet, the campaign continued to push the story and Foer ran it after allegedly sending an advance copy of his article to Fusion.

The next question is who is the “Tech executive”?

Australian police clash with anti-lockdown protesters after failing to suppress dissent with overwhelming force, threat of arrest

Clashes erupted with police in Melbourne, Australia after a crowd of anti-lockdown protesters gathered to demand an end to weeks of draconian restrictions, despite an all-out effort by authorities to prevent demonstrations.

The protesters, who reportedly numbered in the hundreds, showed up in the Melbourne suburb of Richmond on Saturday morning to denounce government lockdown policies. Police previously attempted to shut down all transport into Melbourne’s Central Business District using a series of checkpoints, but that merely prompted organizers to shift locations.

Throughout the pandemic, Australia's government has chosen to enact stringent restrictions to combat COVID-19. After the sixth lockdown since the pandemic began, anti-lockdown protesters in Melbourne have had enough with draconian virus measures and voiced their opposition in the streets on Saturday.

Their right to protest freely was quickly deemed illegal as a massive brawl between demonstrators and police broke out. More than 200 people in Melbourne were arrested at illegal anti-lockdown rallies, according to Reuters.

The illegal demonstrations took place as the metro area endures its sixth lockdown since the pandemic began, with the broader state of Victoria reported over 500 infections today.

Victoria Police Commander Mark Galliott told local media that these protesters came out "not to protest freedoms, but simply to take on and have a fight with the police."

One of the causalities of the pandemic has been freedom of expression as the right to assemble has been banned in the guise of stopping the spread.

By criminalizing peaceful protest and enforcing the authorities to intervene, the government of Australia is making the situation worse where it would entice even more freedom-loving people into the streets to protest tyranny.

Unreal: Secretary of State Blinken Deletes Tweet on Hong Kong Democracy to Appease His Chinese Overlords

Secretary of State Tony Blinken deleted a tweet this week to appease his China master.

But the administration’s Chinese overlords were upset with the tweet so Tony Blinken removed and replaced it with a watered-down version.

FDA Hearing: Doctors and Experts Testify Government Data Demonstrates COVID Shots are Dangerous and May Kill More Than They Save

On Friday an FDA advisory panel declined to endorse authorization the Pfizer-BioNTech Covid booster shot for people aged 16 or older.

The panel voted 16-2 to reject extra doses of an experimental vaccine, citing insufficient data from incomplete clinical trials and the potential risk of heart inflammation – especially among young men.

The FDA hearing prior to the decision was stunning. The hearing was 8 hours long and it included SHOCKING testimony from American doctors.

Dr. Joseph Fraiman, MD told the FDA on Friday that government does not have data to show the vaccine was more beneficial than it is harmful for teenage boys.

Dr. Fraiman told the FDA panel he has NOT seen that those who show vaccine hesitancy are uninformed. “That is not what I’ve seen… The vaccine hesitant I’ve met in the ER are more aware of the vaccine studies and more aware of their own COVID risks than the doctors do. For example, many of my nurses refuse the COVID vaccine despite seeing more COVID deaths and devastation than most people have.”

Dr. Fraiman went on to say he cannot assure a nurse associate who is 30 that the vaccines are safer than catching the virus is for a healthy woman her age.

Steve Kirsch, the Executive Director of the COVID-19 Early Treatment Fund was up next to testify before the FDA. Kirsch argued the vaccines kill more people than they save.

Kirsh pointed out that there patients were 71 times more likely to suffer a heart attack after taking the vaccine than those taking other vaccines. 20 died from the drug, 14 from the placebo.

Kirsh argued that the vaccine killed more people than saved lives.

Facebook Deletes German Anti-Lockdown Groups As New Censorship Rules Go Into Effect

This week, Facebook announced a new enforcement policy that seeks to deplatform groups who coordinate online and spread misinformation, hate speech, and incite violence.

The new "coordinated social harm" policy was immediately used against 150 pages and groups connected to Germany's Querdenken (Lateral Thinking) movement, which has routinely fueled resistance to government health restrictions and vaccines through anti-lockdown protests.

Facebook's head of security policy Nathaniel Gleicher wrote in a blog update Thursday that his team has been "expanding our network disruption efforts so we can address threats that come from groups of authentic accounts coordinating on our platform to cause social harm."

Gleicher said: "Today, we're sharing our enforcement against a network of accounts, Pages and Groups operated by individuals associated with the Querdenken movement in Germany."

"We removed a network of Facebook and Instagram accounts, Pages and Groups for engaging in coordinated efforts to repeatedly violate our Community Standards, including posting harmful health misinformation, hate speech and incitement to violence. We also blocked their domains from being shared on our platform. This network was operated by individuals associated with the Querdenken movement in Germany, which is linked to off-platform violence and other social harms," he said.

Gleicher said the new policy allows Facebook to act against the "core network" of a group that commits widespread violations. He said individuals associated with the Querdenken movement regularly violated the platform's terms of service by spreading health misinformation, inciting violence, bullying, and harassment.

Thursday's action moves Facebook into a more aggressive role as the judge of the "new normal" in a post-COVID world. They're the deciders of right and wrong and won't let people with opposing views use their platform.

We have previously discussed Facebook's move to align itself with pro-Biden media. It was found that the Biden Administration has routinely flagged anti-vaxx material to be censored by the social media company.

When it comes to politicians, celebrities, and other high-profile users of the platform (but not Trump), they're given special treatment in what appears to be a two-tier digital society where only leftist points of view can be expressed while everyone is deplatformed.

Nationwide Blackout Hits Syria After Gas Pipeline Bombed

A blackout has reportedly plunged all of Syria into darkness Friday into Saturday, with Syria's state-run SANA announcing the nationwide power outage is due to an attack on a gas site and pipeline in southern Damascus.

Into the overnight hours, electricity reportedly returned to much of the capital of Damascus, while the Minister of Electricity Ghassan al-Zamil vowed to restore the rest of the country's power in a matter of "hours" as technicians are on the scene.

The timing of the event suggests possible Israeli covert sabotage, given the blackout began just as the second batch of fuel trucks was crossing into Lebanon from Syria. Earlier in the day reports emerged that an Iranian tanker began offloading fuel at Syria's Baniyas port.

It was part of Hezbollah's promise to get Iranian fuel into Lebanon amid the country's energy crisis, which has seen its own severe blackouts hit major cities and towns over much of the past month.

There's also the possibility of an attack on Syria's infrastructure by remnant anti-Assad insurgent groups, also as there's again in recent weeks been renewed fierce fighting centered on the southern Syria city of Deraa.

According to a popular Syria blogger and commentator, "Sources in southern Damascus reported hearing an explosion seconds before the blackout. All of this happened as the second batch of tankers carrying Iranian fuel was crossing into Lebanon."

Police Chief Busted Paying Woman So He Could Repeatedly Rape Her Child

Fayette County, WV — The idea of a family member selling a child relative for sex is absolutely horrifying. It should shock even the most callous of individuals. In America, we are told, police are here to protect us from the likes of these monsters who would dare peddle in the exploitation and abuse of children but often times, it is the exact opposite — as the following case illustrates.

Kristen Naylor-Legg, 28, is a despicable human being who sold her own underage family member for sex. She pleaded guilty to the charges this week of conspiracy to engage in sex trafficking of a minor under the age of 18. The man who people put their trust in to prevent such atrocities, Chief of Police for the Gauley Bridge Police Departmen, Larry Allen Clay, Jr., was not only failing to prevent it but was participating in it as a customer.

Clay, who is the chief of police and an employee of the Fayette County Sheriff’s Department was participating the the sex trafficking of a child by paying Naylor-Legg to have sex with her underage relative.

“Chief Clay’s heinous conduct in this case is one of the worst examples of police misconduct and abuse of power imaginable,” attorney Russell A. Williams told The West Virginia Record over a civil suit last week. “We look forward to holding him accountable for his unconscionable violation of our client’s rights and breaching our collective public trust in law enforcement.”

According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of West Virginia, Clay sought out sex with the trafficked child on at least two occasions. Naylor-Legg admitted that on the first occasion she was paid $100 by Clay for sex with the child. Then, on the second occasion, Naylor-Legg indicated that Clay had agreed to pay her $50 in exchange for sexual intercourse with the minor but then refused to pay her while still having sex with the child.

“Naylor-Legg told plaintiff that she needed to have sexual intercourse with Chief Clay in exchange for money because the family needed the funds to keep the utilities on in their home,” the complaint states. “On the evening in question, Mrs. Naylor-Legg drove plaintiff to a remote location on Cain Branch Road, just outside of the City of Gauley Bridge, to meet Chief Clay.”

There, the plaintiff claims, the on-duty chief arrived in his police cruiser. Wearing his uniform, he unzipped his pants and ordered the plaintiff to perform oral sex on him. Then, she says he bent her over the side of his cruiser and had sexual intercourse with her. He then paid Naylor-Legg $50 in cash and told the plaintiff to “keep her mouth shut” about what had happened and not to “tell anyone.”

Clay and Naylor-Legg were codefendants in the same case until the latter pleaded guilty this week. This monster faces up to life in prison when she is sentenced on December 9, 2021.

Clay’s trial is now scheduled for November 9, 2021. This chief of police and sheriff’s deputy is charged with conspiracy to engage in sex trafficking of a minor via coercion and sex trafficking of a minor via coercion.

This case was prosecuted as part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative of the Department of Justice to combat the growing epidemic of child sexual exploitation and abuse. Led by the United States Attorney’s Offices and the Criminal Division’s Child Exploitation and Obscenity Section, Project Safe Childhood marshals federal, state, and local resources to locate, apprehend, and prosecute those who sexually exploit children, and to identify and rescue victims.

125 Staff Part Ways With Indiana’s Biggest Hospital System After Refusing Vaccine

Indiana University Health, the biggest hospital system in the state, has announced that 125 staff members are no longer employed there after refusing to comply with the organization’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate.

“Indiana University Health has put the safety and well-being of patients and team members first by requiring employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by Sept. 1,” IU Health said in a Sept. 16 statement. “After a two-week unpaid suspension period ending Sept. 14, a total of 125 employees, the equivalent of 61 full-time employees, chose not to receive the COVID-19 vaccine and have left the organization.”

While the statement did not specify whether the workers quit or were fired, a spokesperson for IU Health told Newsweek that the employees who refused to get the shot resigned.

The Epoch Times has reached out to IU Health with a request for confirmation whether the employees quit or were terminated, but did not receive an immediate response.

“Most of the employees who chose not to be vaccinated worked part time, less than part time or have not worked for a number of months and will have a minimal effect on staffing,” the spokesperson told Newsweek, adding that, as of Friday, all employees at IU Health were compliant with the vaccine mandate.

IU Health, which operates 15 hospitals and dozens of outpatient clinics around the state, employs around 36,000 staff members.

Two weeks ago, IU Health announced that around 300 employees had been suspended and that they could return to work if they received a partial or full COVID-19 vaccination, according to the Indianapolis Business Journal.

In June, IU Health announced it would require all doctors, nurses, and other staff to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, joining over 150 hospital systems nationwide to issue employee vaccine mandates.

IU Health’s announcement came on the same day that some two dozen Republican attorneys general wrote a letter (pdf) to President Joe Biden, warning of impending legal action if his proposed vaccine requirement for tens of millions of Americans goes into effect.

Biden’s sweeping mandate for private-sector employees, health care workers, and federal contractors would require businesses with more than 100 employees to have staff either vaccinated against COVID-19 or be tested weekly for the disease. The scheme would be put in place through the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).

“Your plan is disastrous and counterproductive,” the prosecutors wrote in the letter sent to Biden, adding that the vaccine “edict is also illegal.”

“If your Administration does not alter its course, the undersigned state Attorneys General will seek every available legal option to hold you accountable and uphold the rule of law,” they wrote.

Republican leaders, as well as some union chiefs, have criticized Biden for the move, accusing him of overreach.

Instagram blocks 'natural immunity' hashtag

Instagram has allegedly blocked the search results for the hashtag "natural immunity," according to dozens of users.

Users started noticing the censorship of the hashtag on Wednesday, including British actor and entrepreneur Francis Boulle, who wrote on Twitter, "So instagram have blocked the hashtag #naturalimmunity as if there is no such thing. Insane. Go test it for yourself."

Independent journalist Luke Rudkowski tweeted, "Look what happens when you look up #naturalimmunity on Instagram," which included a purported screen capture of Instagram that had a pop-up window that read: "Looking for Vaccine Info? When it comes to health, everyone wants reliable, up-to-date information. Visit the website for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The website has information that can help answer questions you may have about vaccines."

There are options to "Go to Website," "See Posts Anyway," and to "Cancel."

However, other Instagram users weren't even given the option to see the results for #NaturalImmunity. Turning Point USA activist Richard Armande Mills shared an alleged image from Instagram that stated, "This Hashtag Is Hidden. Posts for #naturalimmunity have been limited because the community has reported some content that may not meet Instagram's Community Guidelines."

Judge Rules There’s No Proof Rittenhouse Is Tied To Far Right Groups

The judge presiding over Kyle Rittenhouse’s trial has ruled that prosecutors are not allowed to allege that Rittenhouse is affiliated with any far-right groups, or that he had attacked a woman months before the shooting.

Rittenhouse, who is facing trial on Nov. 1, is facing multiple counts, including homicide for the shooting of three people. Rittenhouse alleges that he was acting in self-defense after being attacked during the riot over the police shooting of Jacob Blake.

Kyle Rittenhouse shot and killed Joseph Rosenbaum and Anthony Huber during the riots. He also wounded Gaige Grosskreutz.

During a hearing Friday, Assistant District Attorney Thomas Binger asked to argue during the trial that Kyle Rittenhouse had ties to the right-wing group, the Proud Boys. Binger pointed out to the judge that Rittenhouse had been seen at a bar with members of the group’s Wisconsin chapter and that he had traveled to Miami to meet the national president of the group shortly after.

Binger had also asked the judge to allow evidence showing that Kyle Rittenhouse had gotten into a physical altercation with a girl who was fighting his sister in June of 2020.

Rittenhouse’s attorney, Corey Chirafisi, argued conversely that none of what Binger had asked to present was relevant. Chirafisi stated that the shooting couldn’t have been racially motivated as both Rittenhouse and the men he shot were white and that there is no connection between Rittenhouse and the Proud Boys on the night of the shooting.

Kenosha County Circuit Judge Bruce Schroeder agreed with Chirafisi and stated that evidence of ties to the Proud Boys and the altercation with the woman would be excluded from the trial.

Schroeder had also denied a defense request to argue that Rosenbaum had attempted to steal Rittenhouse’s firearm because he was a sex offender and could not possess a gun.

Migrant Who was Supposed to Be Deported Convicted of Sexually Assaulting 11-Year-Old

A 26-year-old man under a deportation order was sentenced to just one year in prison after being found guilty of sexually abusing an 11-year-old girl in an elevator earlier this summer.

The incident took place on July 16th and saw the man enter an elevator in a residential building in the commune of Elbeuf in the Normandy region and attack the 11-year-old young girl after she entered the elevator with him.

According to the girl, who was visiting her family in the area at the time, the man asked to look at her phone and asked her what social media apps she used and told her she could join him in the home of the person who hosts him in France, news website Actu reports.

In court, the young girl explained, “He then stroked my breasts and buttocks before taking out his genitals to make me touch it and lick my cheek,” and said the man pushed all of the elevator buttons but she was able to escape to her grandparents’ apartment on the 10th floor of the building.

In his defence, the migrant attempted to claim the young girl had sexually assaulted him, claiming “she touched my sex, in my religion, it is forbidden to touch a woman, I have never touched any woman!”

A lawyer for the victim and her mother noted that the man was already under a deportation order to leave France, noting that “if this measure had been executed, my client would never have been assaulted, she will keep this trauma for life!”

Similar arguments were made earlier this year in Austria following the rape and murder of 13-year-old girl Leonie in Vienna after it was revealed that several of the Afghan migrants suspected of causing her death had been handed deportation orders years prior, but they were never enforced.

Ultimately, the court in Rouen sided with the 11-year-old victim but only sentenced the 26-year-old migrant to a year in prison, a fine of €7,000, and a requirement that he would be deported and banned from re-entering France for three years.

Countries across Europe have seen migrants under deportation orders commit various crimes as factors like the Chinese coronavirus pandemic and the takeover of Afghanistan by the Taliban have made it harder to deport foreign nationals back to their home countries.

Some migrants have even taken to refusing coronavirus tests in order to avoid deportation, though in France remaining in the country after being ordered to leave is a criminal offence in itself.

Australia Continues Its Plunge Into Authoritarianism And Military Brinkmanship

Australia has joined the US and UK in an “enhanced trilateral security partnership” called AUKUS with the unspoken-yet-obvious goal of coordinating escalations against China. Antiwar reports:

President Biden and the leaders of Australia and the UK announced a new military agreement on Wednesday aimed at countering China. The pact, known as AUKUS, will focus on the sharing of sensitive military technologies, and the first initiative will focus on getting Australia nuclear-powered submarines.

US officials speaking to CNN described the effort to share nuclear propulsion with another country as an “exceedingly rare step” due to the sensitivity of the technology. “This technology is extremely sensitive. This is, frankly, an exception to our policy in many respects,” one unnamed official said.

This deal will replace a planned $90 billion program to obtain twelve submarines designed by France, an obnoxious expenditure either way when a quarter of Australians are struggling to make ends meet during a pandemic that is four times more likely to kill Australians who are struggling financially. This is just the latest in Canberra’s continually expanding policy of feeding vast fortunes into Washington’s standoff with Beijing at the expense of its own people.

If readers are curious why Australia would simultaneously subvert its own economic interests by turning against its primary trading partner and its own security interests by feeding into dangerous and unnecessary provocations, I will refer them once again to the jarringly honest explanation by American political analyst John Mearsheimer at a debate hosted by the Australian think tank Center for Independent Studies in 2019. Mearsheimer told his audience that the US is going to do everything it can to halt China’s rise and prevent it from becoming the regional hegemon in the East, and that Australia should align with the US in that battle or else it would face the wrath of Washington.

“The question that’s on the table is what should Australia’s foreign policy be in light of the rise of China,” Mearsheimer said. “I’ll tell you what I would suggest if I were an Australian.”

Mearsheimer claimed that China is going to continue to grow economically and will convert this economic power into military power to dominate Asia “the way the US dominates the Western Hemisphere”, and explained why he thinks the US and its allies have every ability to prevent that from happening.

“Now the question is what does this all mean for Australia?” Mearsheimer said. “Well, you’re in a quandary for sure. Everybody knows what the quandary is. And by the way you’re not the only country in East Asia that’s in this quandary. You trade a lot with China, and that trade is very important for your prosperity, no question about that. Security-wise you really want to go with us. It makes just a lot more sense, right? And you understand that security is more important than prosperity, because if you don’t survive, you’re not gonna prosper.”

“Now some people say there’s an alternative: you can go with China,” said Mearsheimer. “Right you have a choice here: you can go with China rather the United States. There’s two things I’ll say about that. Number one, if you go with China you want to understand you are our enemy. You are then deciding to become an enemy of the United States. Because again, we’re talking about an intense security competition.”

The new rules – enacted with immediate effect – are part of a real-time compliance push by the state government ahead of the school holidays that start next week.

The messages will have a hyperlink that requires individuals to open and respond within 10 minutes.

Potential breaches will be assessed by police to identify whether further action is required, including fines and a direction to go into hotel quarantine at their own cost.

Israeli Forces Injure Dozens of Palestinians at Anti-Settlement Protest near Nablus

At least 46 Palestinian protesters sustained injuries today when Israeli occupation forces attacked two anti-settlement protests in the villages of Beita and Beit Dajan, in the occupied West Bank province of Nablus, according to medical sources.

A spokesperson for the Palestinian Red Crescent (PRC) in Nablus said five Palestinian protesters sustained injuries by Israeli rubber-coated rounds during the protest in Beita, while three others were injured due to falling on the ground while being chased by Israeli soldiers in the village. Dozens of protesters also suffered suffocation from tear gas inhalation.

In Beit Dajan village, two protesters sustained injuries from rubber-coated rounds fired at them by the Israeli occupation soldiers, while many others suffered suffocation from tear gas inhalation.

For over six months, the village of Beita has been witnessing almost daily protests against Israel’s construction of an illegal settlement outpost near the village, called Evaytar.

Although the Israeli occupation authorities evacuated the colonial settlers who resided in the outpost for nearly two months, Israel has kept the site under its control and does not allow Palestinians to access their lands there.

At least six Palestinians have been killed by Israeli gunfire during the ongoing protests in Beita over the past few months.

Antiwar Voices Blast Biden Over “Absurd” $500 Million Saudi Military Contract

Peace and human rights advocates on Friday accused President Joe Biden of breaking his promise to end American support for the Saudi-led war in Yemen after the US State Department approved a potential agreement to provide half a billion dollars worth of support services to the Middle East monarchy known for its pervasive human rights abuses and military atrocities.

In a statement, the State Department said Thursday that the proposed $500 million maintenance support services contract – which will serve the Saudi military’s fleet of AH-64D/E, UH-60L, UH-60M, Schweizer 333, and Bell 406CS helicopters, as well as the new CH-47F Chinook copters it is slated to acquire – “will support US foreign policy and national security objectives by helping to improve the security of a friendly country that continues to be an important force for political stability and economic growth in the Middle East.”

Reuters reports the proposal is the first major military deal involving Saudi Arabia sent to Congress since Biden took office.

In February, Common Dreams reported that the president announced an end to US support for “offensive operations” in the Saudi-led war in Yemen, including “relevant arms sales.” Peace campaigners hailed the move, as they did the administration’s earlier decision imposing a temporary freeze on arms sales to Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates pending a review of billions of dollars worth of weapons deals with the repressive regimes that were approved during the tenure of former President Donald Trump.

Antiwar and human rights activists decried the new proposed contract as a betrayal of Biden’s pledge to end American backing of a war that has claimed more than 200,000 Yemeni lives.

“This breaks the Biden administration’s promise to end US support for the tragic war in Yemen,” tweeted Peace Action executive director Jon Rainwater, who added that it is “pretty tone-deaf for State Department to call [Saudi Arabia] a ‘friendly country.’”

The National Centre for Immunisation and Research (NCIRS) in Australia are currently leading a collaboration with the Australia’s Government known as AusVaxSafety. The group has been conducting active vaccine surveillance of the Covid-19 vaccines in use in Australia to “ensure their ongoing safety”.

Up to the 16th August 2021 over 1.4 million Austalians had partipated in the surveillance completing more than 2.4 million safety surveys, outlining their experience following the Covid-19 vaccination and the published results show the following –

Following the first dose of the Pfizer vaccine 1,007,479 people responded to an SMS/email about their health in the three days after having the jab. The results show that 37.2% reported having an adverse reaction, with 374,832 reporting at least one adverse event.

0.5% of participants also reported seeing a doctor or attending hospital in the three days following vaccination due to an adverse reaction. This equates to 5,037 people.

Whilst 6.7% of participants reported missing work, study or routine duties for a short period – meaning 67,501 people were left unable to perform daily activities following their first dose of the Pfizer mRNA Covid-19 injection.

Federal judge blocks Tennessee from letting parents opt their kids out of school mask mandates

A federal judge on Friday blocked the Republican governor of Tennessee from requiring schools to allow parents to opt their kids out from mask mandates, arguing that the order makes schools unsafe for special needs children during the pandemic.

U.S. District Judge Sheryl Lipman issued a preliminary injunction against Gov. Bill Lee's order after parents of students with health conditions sued, claiming their children were unable to attend in-person classes because some kids weren't wearing face coverings, the Associated Press reports.

The parents' lawsuit argues Lee's executive order violates the Americans with Disabilities Act, which bans schools from excluding students with disabilities from public education programs and activities. The argument says that by permitting some children to go maskless, disabled students and others with health conditions that make them more vulnerable to COVID-19 are effectively excluded from attending class in-person because of the risk.

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says that children with underlying medical conditions are at an increased risk for severe illness from COVID-19 compared to those without such conditions.

"It is that unmasked presence that creates the danger to these Plaintiffs," Judge Lipman wrote.

"Plaintiffs offered sufficient evidence at this stage to demonstrate that the Executive Order interferes with Plaintiffs' ability to safely access their schools," she declared.

The injunction follows a temporary restraining order Lipman issued against Lee on Sept. 3, which prohibited schools from letting parents opt out of mask mandates. According to the AP, the injunction applies to seven public school districts in Shelby County, where the local health department implemented a universal mask requirement before the start of school on Aug. 9. There are 100,000 students in these districts, which include parts of Memphis.

"The Governor has put the parents of medically vulnerable students in the position of having to decide whether to keep their children at home where they will likely suffer continued learning loss or risk placing them in an environment that presents a serious risk to their health and safety," the lawsuit asserts.

The Tennessee attorney general's office unsuccessfully argued that parents have options for relief they could have pursued before filing a lawsuit against Lee's order. State attorney Jim Newsom told the judge Individualized Education Programs run by the state education department are available to meet the needs of students with health conditions.

A similar lawsuit was filed in Florida against Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis' order requiring school mask mandates to give parents an opt out. But in this case a federal judge on Wednesday denied a request from parents of disabled children to block DeSantis' order, writing that parents should have pursued administrative claims before filing a lawsuit.

Last month, the Biden administration Department of Education opened civil rights investigations in five states, including Tennessee, to learn whether statewide restrictions on school mask mandates discriminate against students with disabilities.

Education Secretary Miguel Cardona accused Republican governors of "putting politics over the health and education of the students" in his statement announcing the investigations.

Top Iranian nuclear scientist Mohsen Fakhrizadeh was assassinated in November 2020 in a sophisticated hit led by a Mossad team that reportedly deployed a computerized machine gun, required no on-site operatives, took less than a minute, and did not injure anyone else, including the scientist’s wife who was with him at the time.

According to an in-depth New York Times report published on Saturday, the weapon used in the high-profile assassination last year of Fakhrizadeh — regarded by Israel and many Western officials as the “father” of Iran’s nuclear weapons program — was a modified Belgian-made FN MAG machine gun attached to an advanced robotic apparatus and powered with artificial intelligence technology. The whole device weighed about a ton and was smuggled into Iran in small parts ahead of the operation and then reassembled.

The Mossad team handled the whole operation from a command center outside the country, according to the report which the publication said was based on interviews with American, Israeli and Iranian officials, “including two intelligence officials familiar with the details of the planning and execution of the operation.”

The report detailed how Israel had been closely following Fakhrizadeh’s career and movements since at least 2007 and began making preparations for an assassination operation in late 2019 and early 2020, following a series of meetings between Israeli officials led by then-Mossad director Yossi Cohen and high-ranking United States officials, including then-US President Donald Trump, US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and the CIA director Gina Haspel.

These preparations moved into high gear by the summer of 2020, according to the report, and Israel decided to press ahead, driven by two factors: Iran’s tepid response to the January 2020 killing of its top general Qassim Suleimani in a US drone strike facilitated by Israeli intelligence, and the rising likelihood that Trump would lose the national election that November to Joe Biden, who had indicated he would return the US to the 2015 nuclear agreement with Iran.

“If Israel was going to kill a top Iranian official, an act that had the potential to start a war, it needed the assent and protection of the United States,” the New York Times reported, noting how much Trump and then-premier Benjamin Netanyahu “saw eye to eye.”

Fully vaccinated account for a huge 74% of Covid-19 deaths in the UK summer wave according to latest Public Health England report

The latest Public Health England technical briefing on Covid-19 variants of concern has been published and it reveals that up to the 12th September 2021, 74% of all alleged Covid-19 deaths since August 2nd 2021 have been among the vaccinated population, confirming the UK is currently experiencing a pandemic of the vaccinated.

The report, which is the 23rd update to be released suggests at first glance that the vast majority of Covid-19 cases and hospitalisations are among the unvaccinated population. However, this is because the total numbers presented in the report have been collated from as far back as February 1st 2021 when just 0.7% of the adult population in the UK were fully vaccinated.

By comparing the report against reports released in early August 2021 we are able to see who is really getting infected, hospitalised, and sadly losing their lives in the third wave of Covid-19 to hit the UK, which is strangely occurring in summer.

According to the latest PHE report, 593,572 cases of the Delta Covid-19 variant have been recorded in England up to the 12th September 2021.

Since 1st February 2021 44% of these cases have been among the unvaccinated population, accounting for 248,803 cases. Whilst 46.8% have been among the vaccinated population, with 157,400 being recorded among the fully vaccinated (26.5% of all cases) and 120,812 being recorded among those who had only had a single dose of a Covid-19 vaccine (20% of all cases).

Daily Beast Reporter Roger Sollenberger’s Partner Kathleen O’Neill Defamed Matt Gaetz’s Spokesman, Then Deleted Her Account.

Daily Beast reporter Roger Sollenberger, who has been writing about the debunked “sex trafficking” allegations against Congressman Matt Gaetz, declined The National Pulse’s request for comment after his partner Kathleen O’Neill tweeted false information about Mr. Gaetz’s spokesman Harlan Hill. Ms. O’Neill deleted her entire Twitter account early Tuesday.

On Monday, August 2nd Ms. O’Neill posted a tweet shared over a thousand times, alleging that Matt Gaetz spokesman Harlan Hill had been evicted from multiple apartments. She attempted to conflate Mr. Hill’s support for ending the COVID-19 eviction moratorium with his own rental history.

The only problem? Her allegations weren’t true, despite her slew of comments about the public figure.

Mr. Hill has never lived in nor leased the apartments Ms. O’Neill claimed he had been evicted from. The building management confirmed no record of Mr. Hill nor the claimed actions against him.

The incident followed months of false, partisan news reports by Ms. O’Neill’s partner Roger Sollenberger, who at first told The National Pulse that the pair were “work[ing] out our individual responses,” before declining to comment a few minutes later.

Ms. O’Neill – who has worked on stories with Mr. Sollenberger at both Buzzfeed at the far-left Salon magazine – removed her tweet, and then deleted her entire account at some point between the afternoon of August 2nd and the morning of August 3rd.

The pair have peddled anti-Trump stories, while Mr. Sollenberger recently took an intense interest in the debunked Congressman Gaetz “sex trafficking” story which a CNN director admitted was Democrat Party “propaganda.”

In a video-taped admission, CNN’s Charlie Chester admitted, “If the agenda say, is to like get, like Matt Gaetz right now, he’s like this Republican. He’s a problem for the Democratic Party because he’s so conservative and he can cause a lot of hiccups in passing of laws and what not. So it would be great for the Democratic Party to get him out… So we’re going to keep running these stories to keep hurting him and make it so that it can’t be buried and just like settled outside court just and like, you know, if we keep pushing that, it’s helping us.”

The National Pulse understands Mr. Sollenberger has been reluctant to run full Gaetz spokesman quotes in his stories, leaving out critical context. Mr. Sollenberger even once floated a wild conspiracy theory that Mr. Hill was funding a press conference by hoaxster Jacob Wohl, who made heinous allegations against Mr. Gaetz, Mayor Rudy Giuliani, and National Pulse staff.

More recently, Mr. Sollenberger wrote to Mr. Hill alleging that one of his Instagram stories showed Brexit leader Nigel Farage shooting in the United States. The picture was of a different white man, who looks almost nothing like Mr. Farage.

Yesterday, The Arizona Senate forced Maricopa County to show their hand and cooperate with the Senate audit investigation.

The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors held a special meeting yesterday regarding lawful senate subpoenas, to announce the decision that has been made.

The Gateway Pundit’s Jordan Conradson attempted to gain access to the special presser for special media, where he was informed that he was not allowed inside. The officials then added that Jordan was “not a real journalist”.

Journalists that criticize Maricopa County are not legitimate.

All of the rest of the bootlickers were allowed in.

The presser was held behind closed doors.

After being allowed inside of the building for almost half an hour, Conradson was confronted by somebody who did not want Conradson there, because he is not a spoon-fed narrative writer.

When asking for a press credential, the unnamed County employee said that the meeting was “private”.

Durham Indictment Shows Clinton Likely Worked With Top Google Exec To Fabricate Russia Hoax, Says Google Whistleblower

Special Prosecutor Durham's indictment alleges a Big Tech executive working for the Clinton campaign fabricated fake Trump-Russia evidence and funneled it to the FBI

In the bombshell felony indictment made public this week, Special Prosecutor John Durham alleged that agents of the 2016 Clinton campaign knowingly concocted false allegations that President Donald Trump was receiving secret hi-tech communications from the Kremlin-linked Alfa Bank. The Durham indictment further alleged that Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann intentionally spread that hoax to the FBI, Democrat-friendly media and another undisclosed federal agency under false pretenses.

Moreover, the Durham indictment identifies the mastermind of the operation to create spread and spread the Alfa Bank Hoax as a Big Tech executive, who allegedly “exploited” privately-held data of several large tech companies to create a false “narrative” about Trump-Russia collusion. This person may be Derek Schmidt, the former Chairman of Alphabet, the parent company of Google.

The conspiracy theory that Donald J. Trump’s 2016 campaign was secretly communicating with Russia-based Alfa Bank through a secret server has been an obsession of Anti-Trump circles for years, despite being debunked by both the FBI and the Mueller Investigation. Proponents still insist that, despite being repeatedly bound baseless, federal authorities have simply failed to muster the technical expertise to expose the dastardly Russian plot.

However, according to the Durham indictment, the team which initially drafted the white paper outlining the conspiracy theory knew full well that it was nonsense – but disseminated it anyway to craft a “narrative” to trigger a federal investigation and publicly undermine President Trump.

Shortly after the felony indictment for making false statements to the FBI went public, Sussmann’s law firm – Perkins Coie – issued this statement: “In light of the Special Counsel’s action today, Michael Sussmann, who has been on leave from the firm, offered his resignation from the firm in order to focus on his legal defense, and the firm accepted it.”

Perkins Coie represented both the Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee in 2016. The firm served a vital role in the fabrication and dissemination of the debunked Steele Dossier – a document which alleged, among other things, that Trump had urinated on Russian prostitutes in a hotel room the where the Obama family stayed.

More recently, Perkins Coie represented Senator Mark Kelly (D-AZ) in a failed lawsuit against National File, which claimed that Kelly had not dressed as Adolf Hitler and a Perkins Coie attorney argued in front of a judge to stop the upcoming Arizona Election Audit
