Idk. I also follow Suspicious Observers and I don't think Davidson has pointed out the Ozarks in any particular manner. However, it seems a lot of ex military believe so.
Ozarks do have some elevations in places. Also, I think the underlying "plate" or whatever might be stable. I've seen one comment that spoke almost prophetically (you be the judge) as in OZ arks (I guess like Biblical ark.) but that was many years ago.

The video interview by Dr. Cole reminded me of something I've been thinking for a very long time, even prior to "COVID jabs". The level of toxicity from vaccines and other environmental poisons is so high among the people of America (and probably many other countries of the world, but it is particularly bad in America) that the survivors will eschew a lot of things formerly considered "modern" or convenient. I've told people that above a certain age, which is continually falling, you have either modified your diet or you are sick. In addition, products such as Tide pods are so loaded with endocrine disruptors as to make people sick in supermarket aisles just from being around the closed boxes.
People who want to live through this need, imo, to massively educate themselves about toxins. It is a critical piece that many of the wonderful people on the "right" are missing.
For those that took the vaxxes, their survival will depend on God providing miracles and probably a massive shift in their habits. The information provided by anon from Clif High seems right on, especially the massive need for Vitamin D. However, the whole protocol provided seems valid to me. I hope and pray a speedy wake up for society, I am convinced God has better for us, but the road is bumpy right now, if you are not grounded in Him
