Just real quick, looks like you're referencing that recent FDA "Advisory Hearing". Well, the public was in attendance and NOT ALL the info upt up and presented was ENDORSED by or produced by the FDA.
IMO it's a waste of time attempting to reason with these demons. What I recommend is presenting your HR dept. with the current Federal Law regarding informed consent and CHOICE. Here's a PDF you can use/modify to your purposes that leaves out al the "YOU FUCKERS ARE WRONG" talk, and simply puts forth the CURRENT US LAW.
