So in other words, the fucking settlement idea was the BOS, and NOBODY went hmmmm, why would they just give up. I think what happened was Karen Fann was actually really stressing that threat to make the State buy new equipment, and as soon as she saw an out she took it and was hoping it wouldn't actually have a negative effect. Maybe it won't, but as details and statements come out I'm seeing things I don't like.

The Special Master has to let the BOS Lawyer see what they want and the BOS has to right to deny giving that specific information, and their was no remedy defined in the contract so basically that means, there is no NEXT STEP once the BOS sees a question they don't like, the process ends. Then like she is NOW SAYING "well we'll just subpoena any info we don't get" WELL YOU ALREADY DID THAT AND THEY DIDNT FUCKING LISTEN AND THEN EXTORTED YOU AND YOU CAVED.
