  1. There is NO corporate policy from big pharmacies on NOT filling an IVM script.

  2. There is NO corporate policy from big supermarkets on NOT filling an IVM script.

  3. Very few states allow a pharmacist to REFUSE to fill a script - and in those that do, it was a loophole for moral objections (to birth control, for example).
