Shooting at the University of Perm, in Russia. One person, of whom at the moment there is no certain generality or connection with the university, opened fire inside the institute. A video shows the likely killer entering the campus, allegedly recognized as 18-year-old Timor Bermansurov, armed with an easy-to-find automatic rifle.
