The only reason that there is any good in the world is because of the presence of God. Without the presence and Grace of God, this world would be hell. Hell is to exist outside of the presence and grace of God.
God makes this world tolerable.

I have had good doctors and bad doctors.
One time I went to a doc for a specific reason and after waiting for 3 hours, and having all of my vitals taken by a nurse, the doc came in and said something to me that told be that she had not even bothered to take the time to read the chart.
Some docs are just arrogant idiots.
