>These fucks don't fight fires any more, should be called fire shepherds FFS.

Yup. When I started in fire in the early 60's the mantra was all starts were to be "out" by 10am. If that took 4 D8 Cats chained up, blades down running breaks on every ridgeline that's what we did. Firefighters and roustabouts followed the Cats chopping roots and throwing vegetation into the burn zone.

Now we stop at dark, observe work/rest ratios like they are the gospel, can't hit the fire line early when it would do the most good because we have to have our daily safety briefing at 10am but it's always late because some schmuck from some office wants a photo op or a presser.

By the time you hit the fire line it's already hot and the fire has usually gone big, so you have to pull back to a safety zone and watch the air show for the rest of the day. It's. All. Bullshit.

>My doctor played the guilt card on me at my annual wellness check up.

Had my annual Thursday. Blood good, labs good, BP a little high (because of this place). Tells me to get the shot. Says he got the Pfizer. Said ICU is full and they're all unvaccinated. Crisis level. Heard exactly the same thing on the news on the way home like he'd got his 4am talking points along with the rest.

Thing is, I was at 4 different major hospitals last week for various things and intentionally checked out the ER's and routed my travel so that I got at least a peak into the ICU floors.

There was no crowding, no hubbub, nothing going on out of the ordinary. Parking lots were mostly empty, 1 or 2 people in the waiting rooms opposite a bank of intake flunkies doing busy work with their masks pulled down.

This is a (new to me) doc on staff at a big hospital chain. I didn't realize how deep the lie goes. Went out and found some Ivermec.

>Can you guy give me more?

This is the best advice I've heard so far:

"Vit D3 4000 IU's twice per day

Vit E 400 IU's per day

Vit C 3000 mg twice per day

Zinc 50 to 100 mgs per day

Selenium 200 mcgs twice per day.

Magnesium Citrate complex 500 mgs twice per day

Boron 3 mgs twice per day

NAC (N-Acetyl-Cystiene) 600mgs twice per day

Ivermectrin (if you can find some) 200 mcg/ kg +/- (12-26 mgs) 1 dose for three days, then 1 dose per week

Quercetin 500 mgs twice per day

HCQ (HydroxyChloroQuine) 200 mgs twice per day for 7-10 days

Astaxanthin10 mgs per day

Aspirin 2 baby ASA per day

Now three of these (Ivermectrin, HCQ, aand Quercetin) are also used for treatment of Covid and other viruses, but we only need one of these! The FDA is pushing had to get these off the market, also NAC and Astaxanthin, so time is of the essence to be getting these available sooner than later.

The FDA is pushing hard to get all supplements banned from the US market!!

The Zinc and the Vit D3 are the most important things to take for prevention, AND treatment of the Covid. It is the Zinc that actually kills or suppresses the virus, and to block the spike proteins

The Vit E, C, Selenium, Magnesium, and Boron help spike up your immune system, also as does the Zinc.

HCQ, Ivermectrin and Quercetin are ionophores and help open cell membranes to allow the Zinc to get into the cell to block cell replication or kill them out right.

The NAC, and Astaxanthin helps blocks Cytokine Storms after you come down with Covid.

If you should contract Covid or if you think you have, Immediately start Ivermectrin , or HCQ or Quercetin, and

2 Baby Aspirin! Do Not lolly-gag! it is important to "get started sooner than later" in treating this problem."
