DEVOLUTION: If there is any doubt that we are in clandestine martial law….look at what congress is doing. They control house, senate and prez. Yet they are trending to have the lowest number of enacted "laws" ever.

Furthermore, if you look at the "enacted" laws, they are nothingburgers. see 2nd pic.
