I have had dreams recently that while dreaming I understood that the dream was bein injected, I believe some of us are aware of it. If you've ever had sleep paralysis, its frightening experience, the more you fight the harder it is to escape it. Over a year I trained myself to relax, let go, don't fight it and you'll come out of it immediately. Night terrors can be dealt with the same way at least that's how it has worked for me.
