Does anyone know if the monoclonal cocktail sites test what variant you have or need confirmation of variant type before administration of the desired cocktail for the non-PEP group….or of the infected subject if you seek treatment and fall into the 'post-exposure prophylaxis' group…?

Bamlanivimab/Etesevimab was recently approved…..

keep in mind that this combo can't cover all variants… Casirivimab/Imdevimab combination was efficient in inhibiting entry mediated by the S proteins of all variants.

If this is what you are resorting to might as well take the combo that covers all variants.
