Anyone have an update on the Cincinnati woman that sued the hospital in order for her husband to receive Ivermectin?

I seen where the judge reversed his decision after the hospital appealed it, stating that the prescribing doctor of Ivermectin did not have practicing rights at their hospital.

Was wondering what the outcome was of that. Poor guy was on the vent for like 33 days before he was given Ivermectin.

Agreed, the was it was presented was a little lack luster. Needed to be the MOAB on the first vax video. 99% of the people will wash that under the rug as a distraught employee that has already lost their job for not taking the jab.
