A court hearing took place this morning at the Henry County Courthouse in Georgia regarding the audit of the Fulton County absentee ballots.

Judge Brian Amero gave the State Election Board, and GBI (Georgia Bureau of Investigation), 20 days to explain to the court what’s been done to investigate counterfeit ballots in Fulton County Georgia, after Defense attorneys claimed the counterfeit ballots were already being investigated.

Judge Amero then ended the hearing. They will meet again in 20 days.

On Monday evening Garland Favorito, the co-founder of VoterGA released a statement on today’s hearing.

VoterGA believes the hearing today validated their previous findings.

“Today the court confirmed several things we have said all along:

There is prima facie evidence of election fraud in the affidavits from senior poll managers who swear they handled counterfeit ballots in the Fulton Co hand count audit

The Equal Protection and Due Process claims of the petitioners are valid allegations of Constitutional rights violations based on the evidence

An inspection of the ballots must be made to determine if they are counterfeit and whether or not the Constitutional rights of the petitioners have been violated

The Petitioners obviously have the correct standing to pursue their claims

We will be delayed another two months because the attorney representing the Democrats on the Fulton County Election Board provided what we believe is obvious false information to the court. The GBI has never interviewed Suzi Voyles, conducted an investigation into counterfeit ballots or claimed that Suzi Voyles recanted any part of her affidavit.”

Garland Favorito: So basically the judge is saying we have a rock-solid case. Samuels came out with the false information that the GDI is investigating. They’re not. Then they claimed the judge’s orders was blocking their investigation. That’s not true either.

The Gateway Pundit: So as far as you’re aware, the Secretary of State and Fulton County officials, they said they have an ongoing investigation, but you’re not aware of this, are you?

Garland: The GBI absolutely. Positively does not have an investigation going into the counterfeit ballots and Suzi Voyle’s affidavit.

TGP: And they said they did today? Is that what they were saying?

Garland: Don Samuels made that assertion multiple times and it was a false assertion.

TGP: Are there any repercussions for that?

Garland: Not really. A lawyer can lie in the court as much as they want because their words are not considered as evidence. And that’s true in any court. They can commit perjury all day long, every hour of the day because they’re not under oath.

TGP: Will the court find out then that there has not been an investigation? Will that end up coming out?

Garland: Yes, we will make sure they know that.

TGP: And you think you have proof of that?

Garland: Yes, we do. Yeah. We believe we can prove that their attorney lied.

TGP: Of course, we weren’t expecting a delay when you going into the court this morning.

Garland: First of all, we were not expecting their attorney to stand up in court and make what we believe to be obviously false statements to the judge. And then we were not expecting the judge to delay the decision based on based on having to investigate what we believe are obviously false statements.

TGP: You’re just a hero, Garland, so I appreciate it.

Maricopa County Supervisor Steve Chucri In Leaked Recording on Fellow Supervisor: Hickman “Just Didn’t Have The Guts” – LIED To Stonewall A REAL Audit

Leaked audit recordings recovered by The Gateway Pundit reveal the truth about the Maricopa County post-election audit.

Maricopa County Officials and Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs swore by their previous garbage audit in May.

In County Supervisor Steve Chucri’s own words, their audit was “pretty bullsh*t” as we’ve been saying all along.

Chucri also said that Supervisors Clint Hickman and Jack Sellers did not want to perform real audits because they were scared that they actually lost their races.

According to Chucri, Hickman knew that they could have done a meaningful, large-scale full forensic audit.

But instead, he withheld this vital information until after the vote, and they performed a sham audit on an extremely small scale.

Their audit only looked at about 2% or approximately 47,000 ballots out of nearly 2.1 million ballots.

Chucri: Hickman wanted, he wanted to have a conversation with an audit he just didn’t have the guts to do it at the end of last year, after I’d been asking for something.

Chucri: Those guys want to suck up and kiss up for your vote. And my biggest mistake and I said this to Eric, was, I should have never believed what I was being told about, we couldn’t do more than 2% of an audit before we certified the election, my biggest mistake was listening to that. I should have listened to Andy Biggs, and I think even Brnovich said you could do 30%. Hickman screwed up there because I didn’t know about it until it was too late.

Clint Hickman withheld critical election information from the Board of Supervisors in order to save his seat.

It appears that Congressman Andy Biggs and Attorney General Brnovich told them this to begin with.

While they labeled us conspiracy theorists for not trusting their fake audit, Chucri was behind the scenes spilling the beans on Hickman and Charman Jack Sellers’ possible coup.

Chucri needs to come clean.

Biden Tells UN He Still Wants To 'Return To Full' Nuclear Deal 'If Iran Does The Same'

Tehran is signaling that it plans to re-enter Vienna nuclear talks within the "next few weeks" after the negotiations have been stalled since June, which has lately left Biden admin officials in doubt over whether a deal is salvageable at this point.

Iran’s newly installed President Ebrahim Raisi is set to address Tuesday's United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) via video feed, given he's currently under Washington human rights sanctions, making physical travel to UN headquarters in New York complicated.

US President Joe Biden, meanwhile, in his speech before the UNGA said that he's offering a full return to the deal "if Iran does the same".

Biden didn't spend much time on Iran in his speech, with critics lambasting him for not using the occasion to go after the Iranian regime on human rights and a track record of oppression. Biden's key line in the Tuesday speech was as follows:

"The United States remains committed to preventing Iran from gaining a nuclear weapon. We are working with the P5+1 to engage Iran diplomatically and seek a return to the JCPOA. We are prepared to return to full compliance if Iran does the same."

Within the past weeks there were unconfirmed reports that Iran and world powers could hold negotiations on the sidelines of this week's UN meeting; however, Foreign Ministry spokesman Saeed Khatibzadeh denied that full multi-lateral talks would take place.

"Iran has no plans to hold multilateral talks during the UN summit," Khatibzadeh clarified, but there may be talks with individual mediating powers separately.

Meanwhile, Raisi's newly appointed negotiating team is expected to hold a firmer line compared to the prior "moderates" under former president Rouhani:

A seasoned Iranian diplomat, who was a member of Iran's nuclear negotiations team in the 2010s under President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, says new appointments at the Foreign Ministry signal a tougher negotiating posture in nuclear talks.

Washington has in a slow, piecemeal way already relaxed some Trump-era sanctions on Iran, but it's been Tehran's consistent position that a restored JCPOA deal is not possible unless an immediate full rollback is in effect.

CIA officer suffers 'Havana syndrome' symptoms on India trip – reports

An officer who accompanied CIA chief William Burns during his trip to India earlier this month suffered symptoms consistent with Havana syndrome, a mysterious sickness affecting US officials since 2016, CNN reported.

An unnamed CIA officer required medical attention due to his condition, the sources told the broadcaster. Burns reportedly was left “fuming” with anger after being informed about what had happened.

Some US officials have interpreted the new Havana-syndrome incident as a direct message to the CIA chief that no one is safe, including the people from his entourage, two sources told CNN.

When approached by Reuters, a CIA spokesperson replied that the agency doesn’t comment on specific incidents or officers. “We have protocols in place for when individuals report possible anomalous health incidents that include receiving appropriate medical treatment,” he pointed out.

In August, Vice President Kamala Harris had to slightly delay her visit to Vietnam after multiple US staff in Hanoi reported symptoms consistent with Havana syndrome and two diplomats required evacuation.

The so-far unexplained sickness is characterized by migraines, nausea, memory lapses and dizziness among other things. More than 200 US officials and family members have been reportedly affected by Havana syndrome in various parts of the globe, including Russia, China, Germany and Australia, as well as inside the US since it was first encountered among American diplomats working in the Cuban capital Havana in 2016.

US agencies have been investigating the phenomenon, but they are yet unable to say with certainty if it’s a result of deliberate attacks or a byproduct of surveillance technology used to spy on American personnel.

The US National Academy of Sciences panel said in a report last year that the most plausible theory could be that Havana syndrome was being caused by “directed, pulsed radio frequency energy.”

In July, Burn insisted that Havana syndrome was “real” and “serious” as he announced another 100-day probe into the sickness, headed by the same senior officer who once led the hunt for Osama bin Laden.

The CIA chief claimed that there was a “very strong possibility” that the syndrome was a result of intentional action, adding that there was only a limited list of “potential suspects” capable of carrying out such activities on a global scale.

Florida Governor awards ‘freedom medal’ to CIA agent who helped execute Che Guevara

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis awarded the Medal of Freedom to former CIA officer Felix Rodriguez last week, despite Rodriguez’s controversial history, including his part in the death of Che Guevara.

DeSantis awarded the medal to Rodriguez last Thursday but published a photo of the ceremony on social media Monday, praising his violent history of roles with the US Central Intelligence Agency.

“Felix Rodríguez fled communist Cuba, embraced America as his home, fought for freedom in the Bay of Pigs and continued to fight against communism in the CIA and the military,” DeSantis said, adding that he “was proud to award him the Governor’s Medal of Freedom.”

Rodriguez – whose uncle was a minister in US-backed Cuban dictator Fulgencio Batista’s murderous regime – worked with the CIA in the Bay of Pigs Invasion, a failed attempt to invade Cuba following the 1959 revolution. He was also hired by the CIA to help capture Cuban revolutionary Che Guevara in Bolivia in 1967. Rodriguez was photographed standing next to Guevara before he was executed.

Though Rodriguez claimed to have been against the execution of Guevara, as he wanted him to be interrogated, he told the colonel in charge, “I give my word as a man that I will bring you Che Guevara's body.”

Guevara was then shot to death by Bolivian Army Officer Mario Terán.

Rodriguez was also involved with the Reagan White House during the Iran-Contra scandal, when it was discovered that President Ronald Reagan’s administration was facilitating the illegal sale of weapons to Iran to fund right-wing, anti-communist rebel groups in Nicaragua.

Additionally, Rodriguez has been accused of playing a role in the murder of DEA agent Kiki Camarena – who was allegedly killed to cover up the CIA's connection to cartel drug smuggling, again to fund anti-communist contras in Central and South America. Rodriguez denied being involved in the murder or being present in Mexico at the time. The CIA has also rejected allegations of its involvement.

Though DeSantis’ decision to award Rodriguez with the Medal of Freedom was praised by some, including former US diplomat Alberto Miguel Fernandez, who called Rodriguez a “hero and patriot,” others criticized the decision, noting Rodriguez’s sketchy history.

One American referred to Rodriguez as a “CIA butcher,” while another expressed concern over the allegations of Rodriguez’s involvement in Camarena’s murder.

“So, you're parading Felix around to get the Latino vote, while at the same time you rally against other Latinos from ‘fleeing’ horrific conditions in their countries. Oh, the hypocrisy Ron. Shame on you,” tweeted another person in reference to DeSantis’ attempt to stop illegal immigrants from settling in Florida.

In July, a poll showed DeSantis to be the most popular Republican to potentially run for president in 2024 if former President Donald Trump is not in the race – ahead of politicians like Texas Senator Ted Cruz, Utah Senator Mitt Romney, former UN Ambassador Nikki Haley, and former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo.

This month, however, polls showed DeSantis’ support in Florida was dropping as the state experienced a surge of Covid-19 cases.

Florida has some of the highest number of Covid-19 cases and deaths per capita in the United States.

Evergrande Misses Debt Payments Due Monday As World's Richest Banker Says China's "Lehman Moment" Has Arrived

Wall Street analysts have been churning out commentary this week proclaiming that while Evergrande's troubles pose a serious threat to the Chinese economy, it's potential collapse doesn't represent a "Lehman Moment". As Thursday's bond-interest deadline looms, analysts at Mizuho write that "while street wisdom is that Evergrande is not a 'Lehman risk', it is by no stretch of the imagination any meaningful comfort…It could end up being China’s proverbial house of cards … with cross-sector headwinds already felt in materials/commodities."

We touched on this earlier, with analysts at SocGen raising the odds of a "hard landing" - an "extended, severe property-led slowdown" - to 30%.

The FT, meanwhile, shared Barclays' skeptical take on the Lehman scenario comparisons, arguing that Evergrande has little in common with the Lehman scenario aside from the timing (Lehman famously filed for bankruptcy in September 2008, 13 years ago.

"China’s situation is very different. Not only are the property sectors’ linkages to the financial system not on the same scale as a large investment bank, but the debt capital markets are not the only, or even the primary, means of funding. The country is, to a large extent, a command-and-control economy. In an extreme scenario, even if capital markets are shut to all Chinese property firms (which is not occurring and is only a tail risk at this point), regulators could direct banks to lend to such firms, keeping them afloat and providing time for an extended ‘work-out’ if needed. The only way to get a widespread lenders’ strike in a strategically important part of the economy would be if there were a policy mistake, where the authorities allow the chips to fall where they may (perhaps to impose market discipline), regardless of the systemic implications. And we think that’s very unlikely; the lesson from Lehman was that moral hazard needs to take a back seat to systemic risk."

And while that might sound reasonable enough, one of the world's richest bankers, Uday Kotak, the CEO and founder of Indian lender Kotak Mahindra Bank, begs to differ. He said in a tweet on Tuesday that Evergrande "seems like China's Lehman moment."

FBI Robs 800 Safety Deposit Boxes, Steal People’s Life Savings, Claiming Cash Smelled Like Drugs

Los Angeles, CA — For decades now, federal government and their cohorts in law enforcement have been carrying out theft of the citizenry on a massive scale using Civil Asset Forfeiture (CAF).

The 1980’s-era laws were designed to drain resources from powerful criminal organizations, but CAF has become a tool for law enforcement agencies across the U.S. to steal money and property from countless innocent people.

As the following case out of Beverly Hills illustrates, no criminal charge is required for this confiscation, resulting in easy inflows of cash for law enforcement departments and the proliferation of abuse. This phenomenon is known as “policing for profit” and the latest example is exceedingly egregious.

Using bogus excuses, the FBI raided roughly 800 safety deposit boxes at a single location in Beverly Hills. They made random and apparently unsubstantiated accusations that the U.S. Private Vaults in Beverly Hills was aiding criminal activity. The business was indicted in February on claims that it marketed itself to criminals to help them launder money and dodge government detection.

But no one was ever charged.

Instead, the FBI raided the place and confiscated, or rather robbed people like Joseph Ruiz and others of their life savings. These folks like Ruiz were then forced to prove their innocence in order to get their money back.

The FBI falsely claimed that Ruiz, who is a chef, made the &57,000 they stole from him from drug dealing because a drug dog alerted to the presence of drugs on the cash.

It is widely known that a large percentage (upwards 0f 90%) of U.S. paper money contains trace amounts of cocaine. Having a large amount of cash will most assuredly alert a drug dog.

In fact, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit has ruled that government does not have probable cause to seize cash from individuals based only on a drug-detection dog’s reaction; stating specifically that the majority of money in circulation has drugs on it.

But court precedents and ethical enforcement of the law apparently mean very little to the FBI who confiscated the life savings of hundreds of people for this very reason. Ruiz was forced to produce documents proving his innocence and show the source of the money was legitimate in order to get it back. In other words, he was guilty until proven innocent.

But Ruiz was one of many people robbed by these agents. In total, these thieving FBI agents robbed 800 people of $86 million in cash, jewelry, and precious metals. Hundreds of those involved have contested the government-sanctioned theft and 65 of them have filed suit.

“It was a complete violation of my privacy,” Ruiz said. “They tried to discredit my character.”

According to the LA Times, “prosecutors, so far, have outlined past criminal convictions or pending charges against 11 box holders to justify the forfeitures. But in several other cases, court records show, the government’s rationale for claiming that the money and property it seized was tied to crime is no stronger than it was against Ruiz.”

Greek Union Holds Nationwide Health Worker Walk-Out over Mandatory Vaccines

The Greek hospital workers union POEDIN held a six-hour strike on Tuesday to protest mandatory vaccinations for healthcare workers.

POEDIN called for healthcare workers across the country to stage walk-outs on Tuesday between 10 am and 3 pm and to attend anti-mandatory coronavirus vaccine rallies in several cities, including in Athens, where the protest was held outside of the Greek Health ministry.

The union stated that it was against the government’s mandatory vaccine policy, calling it “counterproductive”, according to the newspaper Ekathimerini.

Dozens of protestors attended the demonstration outside of the Greek Health Ministry in Athens and POEDIN stated that they were able to meet with the Greek Health Minister in a press release but claimed their demands were not met.

“We raised the issues specifically the lifting of the suspensions of duties of unvaccinated colleagues, resulting in the disorganization and rapid privatization of the health system,” the union said.

“On the suspension of duties of unvaccinated colleagues, he said that there is no case for lifting the measure and returning colleagues to work with two rapid tests a week as is the case with other professional groups and protective measures,” the union added and stated that it would continue protests.

POEDIN has stated that so far, around 3,000 healthcare workers have been vaccinated. However, 7,000 have since been suspended for being unvaccinated, up from the nearly 6,000 reported in the days after the deadline.

The union also advised that unvaccinated staff should return to work, arguing that vaccinated people still transmit the virus and noted that some had had the shots as long as seven months ago. “Colleagues must now return to work with two rapid tests per week and personal protection measures,” the union said.

The protest was not the first by healthcare workers since the rollout of the mandatory vaccine programme.

Hundreds of healthcare workers gathered in Athens on September 2nd, the day after the vaccine deadline, with around 400 people gathering outside the health ministry arguing that while they were not against vaccination, the mandate would lead to staff shortages in hospitals.

‘Our Brothers, The Taliban’ Minister Loses Seat in Canadian Snap Election

The Trudeau government minister who referred to “our brothers, the Taliban” in the wake of the Biden Afghan retreat has lost her Parliament seat just four weeks later in the Canadian snap election.

Maryam Monsef, a member of the Prime Minister’s Liberal Party and Minister for Gender Equality, was defeated by Conservative candidate Michelle Ferreri in the riding (constituency) of Peterborough-Kawartha in Monday’s vote. Results continue to roll in from the poll, which appears to have delivered another minority government for Justin Trudeau and leaves open the question of yet another snap poll in the coming years.

Former Minister Monsef, who is of Afghan heritage, had previously referred to the Taliban as ‘brothers’ during a press conference held to update the Canadian public on the situation in Afghanistan after the militant Islamic group had taken control of the country.

Monsef’s ousting comes after a rocky election campaign by Trudeau’s Liberal Party. The Canadian Prime Minister had initially sent shockwaves into the Canadian political sphere by calling the snap election, clearly hungry for the absolute majority in parliament he failed to achieve at the 2019 election. Trudeau has since fallen far short of this goal, with projections that the Liberals may only gain a single seat, making a total of 158.

The political cost of this modest gain will also likely be high. While the party will remain in power as a minority government, Trudeau’s cabinet has seen a number of casualties. Along with losing his Minister for Gender Equality, Trudeau at this point has also lost Bernadette Jordan, now ex-minister for Fisheries, Oceans and the Canadian Coast Guard and may very well lose Deb Schulte, the rural development minister.

These developments are to say nothing of the political capital this fumbled gamble will cost Trudeau. As veteran Canadian political reporter Lorrie Goldstein noted Tuesday, Trudeau is giving the impression of “going backwards” and will now face difficult questions in his own political camp.

Boris Johnson: Biden a ‘Breath of Fresh Air’ After Trump

British Prime Minister Boris Johnson said Tuesday on NBC’s “Today” that President Joe Biden was a “breath of fresh air” after the era of former President Donald Trump.

Johnson said, “I’m a massive fan of America and American democracy. I think America stands for an ideal, and that ideal is that people should be able to choose their government peacefully. One person, one vote by election, I felt some of the scenes at the Capitol didn’t wholly correspondent with that.”

Co-host Savannah Guthrie said, “There are reports that General Milley who is one of our top generals, was so concerned about military action the president might take, he called his Chinese counterpart. Did you ever worry about anything like that in the waning days of the Trump administration ?”

Johnson said, “To be frank, I didn’t. I thought, I mean you know, the polls seemed to, you know, oscillate to and fro, but then, the people made up their mind.”

Guthrie said, “People here perceive you as kind of two peas in a pod.”

Johnson said, “It is the job of any prime minister of the U.K. to have a good relationship with the president of the United States.”

He added, “That applies to Donald Trump. It applies to Joe Biden. But what I will say about Joe Biden, dealing with the new American president, yes. It is a breath of fresh air in the sense that there are some things on which we can really, really work together.”

Welcome to NYC! Unvaccinated Brazil President Bolsonaro is refused indoor dining and forced to eat pizza on sidewalk ahead of UN General Assembly

Upon landing in New York City, Brazil President Jair Bolsonar had his first meal in the U.S. in the middle of the street due to restrictive city-wide restrictions not allowing unvaccinated people to dine indoors.

Bolsonar, who claims he is unvaccinated against coronavirus, and his ministers had pizza slices and sodas in the middle of the street on Sunday as they arrived in-person for the United Nations General Assembly *UNGA) meeting.

Pictures of the humble meal emerged on the Minister of Tourism Gilson Machado’s social media of Bolsonar with the Brazilian Ministers of Health, Marcelo Queiroga; Justice and Public Security, Anderson Torres; Civil House, Luiz Eduardo Ramos; and President of Caixa Econômica Federal, Pedro Guimarães, according to Brazilian news site Correio Braziliense.

On Monday, he met with British Prime Minister Boris Johnson who remarked before the bilateral meeting: 'Thanks everybody, get AstraZeneca vaccines.'

He then told Bolsonaro he's 'had it twice', referring to the shot. At that remark, Bolsonaro laughed and said 'not me', while pointing to himself.

A member of his delegation, who arrived in New York City a week before the president, has since tested positive for COVID-19. He has been placed in quarantine at a NYC hotel.

Bolsonaro, who has been vocal in dismissing the seriousness of the virus, tested positive in July 2020. He previously described the disease as nothing more than 'a little flu' and claimed his past as an athlete would make him immune to the worst symptoms.

Also according to the report, Bolsonaro and his ministers, all unmasked, had to sneak in the back door of their hotel in New York City as they were met by a group of protesters with signs telling him he is not welcome.

Allen Weisselberg's lawyers tell judge more 'indictments are coming' in tax-fraud case as former Trump CFO appears in NY court

Trump Organization Chief Financial 0fficer Allen Weisselberg returned to court Monday for a hearing on his tax evasion charges, as his lawyer said there is 'strong reason to believe' more indictments are coming in a New York investigation into the former president's property empire.

Weisselberg, who has been employed by the Trump family for almost five decades, appeared at the New York State Court in Manhattan along with his attorney Bryan Scarlatos.

In July, Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr charged the Trump Organization and Weisselberg with a 15-count indictment on tax crimes.

Weisselberg, 74, is accused of assisting the organization in defrauding taxpayers for over 15 years by paying executive employees with untaxed benefits and taking for himself $1.7million worth of 'indirect compensation' without alerting tax authorities.

'We have strong reason to believe there could be other indictments coming,' said Scarlatos. 'Mr Weisselberg is separate from the Trump Organization. He is the only individual here whose liberty is at stake.

'What I am concerned about is that he will become collateral damage in a larger fight between the Trump Organization and the DA's office.'

The lawyer raised the issue of more possible indictments while arguing for adequate time to review up to six million pages of documents he said prosecutors are turning over as evidence, calling it 'a Herculean task' and saying new indictments would create a 'moving target'.

Prosecutors said Weisselberg is 'no stranger' to many of the documents because they include Trump Organization's business records that the executive is likely to have produced or reviewed as part of his job.

Judge Juan Manuel Merchan gave both sides until next spring to file motions in the case. He said he would decide on motions at a July 12 hearing, the next time Weisselberg is due in court.

His trial is expected to take place in late August or early September next year.

Weisselberg's most serious charged offense, grand larceny, carries five to 15 years in prison. He was removed as officer of several subsidiaries of the company shortly after he was indicted, The Wall Street Journal reported.

Donald Trump, who has not been charged in the case, said that the charges against his organization and former CFO are politically motivated.

'The political Witch Hunt by the Radical Left Democrats, with New York now taking over the assignment, continues. It is dividing our Country like never before!' said Trump in a July statement.

Vance's office has been working relentlessly for over two years to seize the Trump Organization's tax records, with Trump blocking his attempts several times.

In August, New York State Attorney General Letitia James joined the inquiry, which was opened by Vance in 2018 after Trump's personal lawyer, Michael Cohen, testified before the senate that the former president had participated in a hush-money scheme to silent women who had affair allegations against him.

Cohen has since cooperated to assist Vance's office with their probe.

'This case is not about politics, this investigation, which is ongoing, is proper.

'Contrary to the defense assertions, there's no clearer example of a company that should be held to criminal account,' said Carey Dunne, the prosecutor for the DA office.

Both the Trump Organization and Weisselberg have pleaded not guilty to the charges.

Refugees from the island nation who fled due to political instability and a recent major earthquake are now facing expulsion from the U.S., and some have already been repatriated to Port-au-Prince.

Over 320 migrants were reportedly given $100 and a coronavirus test upon arriving back in their home country, The Associated Press reported.

There are still an estimated 12,600 migrants from the country in Del Rio, creating a serious humanitarian crisis in the border town.

Border Patrol Chief Raul L. Ortiz said that roughly 3,300 migrants are now in detention centers instead of the encampment and that the agency is scrambling to take care of the situation safely and responsibly.

“We are working around the clock to expeditiously move migrants out of the heat, elements and from underneath this bridge to our processing facilities in order to quickly process and remove individuals from the United States consistent with our laws and our policies,” Ortiz said at a news conference.

While it is common sense to help the migrants while they are on U.S. soil before expulsion, it is poor optics to be handing out cash to illegal immigrants after they have returned to their country of origin.

To say nothing of what happens when people get “free money,” this is undoubtedly the result of poor leadership from the White House.

The Biden administration has ignored this crisis for months, and the message that the southern border is poorly secured has become clear worldwide.

A core tenet of American exceptionalism is the fact that America allows people from different backgrounds to succeed, but immigration cannot be done effectively if there are no boundaries both physically and on paper.

New York governor orders immediate parole and release of nearly 200 Rikers inmates because of staffing shortage

NEW YORK, NY- Who knew New York could go from bad to just as bad after the resignation of touchy-feely Andrew Cuomo last month? From all appearances, the state’s new governor may be just as useless as her predecessor.

One of her first actions as governor will be to release 191 detainees from Rikers Island, which has been severely understaffed for months, with some units completely lacking guards, according to rt.com.

Under her “Less is More Act,” individuals who are subject to “technical parole violations” who would normally be locked back up would no longer be incarcerated. Gov. Kathy Hochul says that this is one of the primary contributors to Rikers being overcrowded.

“Parole in this state often becomes a ticket back into jail because of technical violations,” she said.

She explained this could be as simple as “someone caught with a drink or using a substance or missing an appointment.”

While the law doesn’t go into effect until next March, Hochul ordered the parole board to immediately release the 191 individuals on Friday, while moving some 200 Rikers inmates to state prisons over the next week or so hoping it will relieve some of the overcrowding.

Despite those measures, Rikers will remain understaffed at a critical level.

Reports indicate that around 2,700 employees which comprises one-third of the entire staff are unable to work on any given day. The result of this has been that some units are actually being run by the inmates themselves, which not surprisingly has led to an explosion of violence.

When guards do work, they are subject to work long hours, usually double or even triple shifts Since December, the jail has seen 10 inmate suicides, and as mentioned above some units are being run by the criminal inhabitants.

Employees have described the facility as “filthy,” with bodily fluids covering the walls and floors. Correction Department Commissioner Vincent Schiraldi was taken aback by conditions at the jail, stating during a city council hearing last week that the situation was “worse than I imagined.”

Coronavirus is also playing a part in conditions inside the jail, with a reported 65 cases being identified last week. Because of overcrowding in the jail, it is impossible to isolate or quarantine suspected cases, Board of Correction member Dr. Robert Cohen told city council members during the hearing.

Hochul has made a commitment to reduce overcrowding in New York jails and prisons and said that other inmates met “that threshold” of having technically violated parole without committing a separate offense.

The New York Post reported that Hochul called the situation at Rikers “deeply disturbing,” which led her to act ahead of the March 1 implementation of the new law. Hochul claimed the inmates she is ordering released “have served their sentences” for the crimes they committed and “do not need to be incarcerated.”

She said that some 65 percent of the parolees returned back to prison had only committed “a very technical violation” and noted that several Southern states “are ahead of us on this.’

“New York incarcerates more people for parole violations than anywhere in the country,” Hochul said. “That is a point of shame, and it needs to be fixed.”

The Space Force Unveils its New, Sci-Fi Worthy Uniform

The Space Force finally has its own service dress uniform – one worthy of the Starship Enterprise.

The U.S. military's newest service unveiled its prototype dress uniform at the Air Force Association's Air Space & Cyber conference in National Harbor, Maryland, on Tuesday – prompting commenters to share images and jokes online.

The uniform is a marked departure from the dress blues of the Air Force, from which the Space Force was spun off in 2019. It has a dark navy coat that buttons on the right-hand side, unlike the Air Force coat that buttons in the middle, and gray pants.

Raymond said the coat's six buttons which bear the Space Force emblem are meant to represent its status as the military's sixth service.

But the cut of the coat reminded some online commenters of the burgundy uniform worn by Capt. James T. Kirk of "Star Trek" fame in "The Wrath of Khan," or the dark blue uniforms worn by the crew on the sci-fi show "Battlestar Galactica."

Lt. Col. Alison Gonzalez, the Space Force deputy chief of strategy who modeled the new uniform at the conference, said it was designed with women in mind.

US Seeks NATO Cooperation for Surveillance and Potential Airstrikes in Afghanistan

Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Mark Milley met with his NATO counterparts in Greece over the weekend to discuss cooperation on surveillance and potential airstrikes in Afghanistan, what the Pentagon calls “over the horizon capabilities.”

“We are going to talk about over the horizon capabilities and where allies think appropriate that they can make a contribution, we’re certainly open to that,” Milley told reporters ahead of the meeting. “There are opportunities where alliance members may choose to work closely with us on these over the horizon capabilities.”

After President Biden ordered the Afghanistan withdrawal at the end of April, Pentagon leaders were scrambling to try and maintain the ability to bomb Afghanistan by seeking basing agreements with neighboring Central Asian countries, such as Pakistan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan. But the US failed to negotiate any agreements and now has to settle for flying surveillance and launching potential airstrikes in Afghanistan out of bases in the Gulf region or from aircraft carriers in the Arabian Sea.

Milley and other NATO military leaders say their goal in maintaining these “over the horizon capabilities” is to prevent terrorist groups from gaining a foothold. But the only group that appears to be active is ISIS-K, a sworn enemy of the Taliban. The Taliban has a clear interest in preventing further Western intervention in the country and has said they don’t need help from other countries to fight terrorist groups.

In June, the US started launching airstrikes in Afghanistan from outside the country. The last known US airstrike in Afghanistan was conducted on August 29th. The Pentagon initially claimed it killed an ISIS-K member, but due to media scrutiny, it had to admit it killed no ISIS fighters. Instead, 10 civilians, including seven children, were killed by the US drone strike.

The August 29th strike was just the latest civilian massacre in Afghanistan by the US. Earlier in August, US airstrikes that targeted Lashkar Gah destroyed a school and a health clinic, killing at least 20 civilians. If the US continues to bomb Afghanistan after the pullout, it’s almost a certainty that more civilians will be killed.

Democrats to nix $1B for Israel's Iron Dome from bill to avert shutdown

House Democrats will remove a provision originally included in a bill that would have helped to boost Israel's Iron Home air defense system in order to keep the federal government funded through Dec. 3.

Democratic leaders are removing the provision from the bill, which was unveiled Tuesday morning, after some progressives objected, according to sources familiar with the last-minute snag.

Democrats are still planning to bring the legislation to the House floor later Tuesday. Congress must act within a matter of days to avoid a government shutdown when current funding expires at the end of this month.

A spokesperson for House Appropriations Committee Chairwoman Rosa DeLauro (D-Conn.) said that funding for the Iron Dome "will be included in the final, bipartisan and bicameral" defense funding bill later this year.

Rep. Josh Gottheimer (D-N.J.), a leading centrist, expressed frustration that the Iron Dome funding was being removed, but stopped short of threatening to vote against the bill.

"The Iron Dome protects innocent civilians in Israel from terrorist attacks and some of my colleagues have now blocked funding it," Gottheimer tweeted. "We must stand by our historic ally — the only democracy in the Middle East."

The snag over Iron Dome funding comes as Democratic centrists and progressives are at odds over the timing and scope of President Biden's infrastructure agenda. Moderates demanded a pledge from Democratic leaders last month to hold a vote by next Monday on the $1.2 trillion Senate-passed bipartisan infrastructure bill to invest in roads, bridges and broadband initiatives.

But progressives have threatened to tank that bill if the larger, $3.5 trillion "human" infrastructure package to invest in social safety net programs like childcare and expanded Medicare benefits isn't completed by then. That bill is being considered under the budget reconciliation process, which will allow Democrats to circumvent a GOP filibuster in the Senate.

The stopgap measure set for a vote later Tuesday would only keep the government funded through Dec. 3, meaning that lawmakers will still have to complete work on long-term spending bills for the fiscal year.

The bill would also suspend the debt limit through December 2022. Republicans have vowed to oppose any measure to suspend the debt limit as a form of protest against Democrats' reconciliation bill and argue the issue should be resolved without their help, even though they've said they don't want the nation to default on its debt obligations.

The bill to keep the government funded and suspend the debt limit also includes $28.6 billion to address recent natural disasters, such as Hurricane Ida that left damage in its wake in Louisiana and up the east coast.

The move may draw the support of some GOP lawmakers, but two Louisiana Republicans who serve in House leadership — Minority Whip Steve Scalise and Rep. Mike Johnson — are urging their party to oppose the bill when it hits the floor later on Tuesday.

A notice from House GOP leadership to Republican lawmakers states that "Republicans will not aid the Democrats in their socialist tax and spending spree."

Sen. John Kennedy (R-La.), meanwhile, has said he’ll “probably” vote for the package “because my state needs the help.”

Texas gunman who killed one officer, left second critically wounded had violent criminal history

Houston's police union is demanding a judge’s resignation following a shooting that left one officer dead and another sergeant critically wounded – arguing that the alleged gunmen who was also killed should have never have been let out of jail on a reduced bond given his violent criminal history.

Houston Police Officers' Union President Douglas Griffith is blasting Harris County's 208th District Court Judge Greg Glass following a deadly shooting early Monday as officers assigned to the Major Offenders Division arrived at a home at 5350 Aeropark Drive to serve a narcotics-related warrant.

"We are calling for his resignation," Griffith told Fox News Digital on Tuesday. "The community is becoming more and more outraged. This is the 138th person, one of our officers, over the last two years that has been killed by someone out on multiple felony bonds."

A woman first answered the door Monday, and officers asked to speak with 30-year-old Deon Ledet, who immediately came out and opened fired on police, striking Officer William "Bill" Jeffrey, a nearly 31-year veteran of the force, several times, police said. Jeffrey succumbed to his injuries, and a second officer, Sgt. Michael Vance, was critically wounded. Officers returned fire and Ledet was also killed.

"Having just followed the recommendation of the DA’s office, he [Ledet] still would have been in jail pending his trial," Griffith told Fox News Digital. "The problem is he [Glass] won’t have a trial, so he just therefore releases everyone on bond."

"We’re putting an all-out blitz to get him to do the right thing," he said in a phone interview. "There’s over a thousand cases that he’s done this to. The exact same thing. He hasn’t held a trial in over a year claiming it’s because of COVID. Other judges have gone forward with trials. There are ways to do it safely. He’s just choosing not to."

Disney was also listed as one of the clients, via a separate Wikileaks document (mentioned below).

The person in question, who I shall not name here because I don’t want to flag automated text search spiders, claims to have worked on the Barack Obama presidential campaign and later served as an FDA consultant on PCR technology, which became the basis for the covid pandemic fraud. In addition, this person was named in a Wikileaks document release as a known government intelligence operative with deep ties to a long list of secret projects that I also shall not name here, because they would set off numerous, dangerous red flags. But if you recall the name of the mystical seeing stones in Lord of the Rings, then you know the name of one of the deep state projects I’m referring to. (Pippin tried to hold it, but it burned him…)

The arrest of this person was covered by the Boston Globe, Vice, Heavy.com and other publishers, but none of them were able to connect it to the much larger story taking place now. The man was arrested with multiple rifles, six laptops, comms gear, tactical vests, a grenade launcher, and a DoD weapons badge, all in a hotel room where he somehow had video surveillance of the room in question. (The story gets very bizarre.)

The trail of that arrest goes cold in 2019, by the way. Since then, not a peep.

Taliban Say No ISIS, Al-Qaeda In Country As String Of ISIS-K Terror Attacks Rock Jalalabad

A string of explosions struck Taliban vehicles in Afghanistan’s provincial city of Jalalabad over the weekend, killing eight people, among them Taliban fighters.

ISIS claimed responsibility for the attacks.

The Taliban are under pressure to contain ISIS militants, in part to make good on a promise to the international community that they will prevent the staging of terror attacks from Afghan soil.

There is also a widely held expectation among conflict-weary Afghans that the new rulers will at least restore a measure of public safety.

“We thought that since the Taliban have come, peace will come,” said Feda Mohammad, a brother of an 18-year-old rickshaw driver who was killed in one of September 19th’s blasts, along with a 10-year-old cousin.

“But there’s no peace, no security. You can’t hear anything except the news of bomb blasts killing this one or that,” Mohammad said.

The weekend bomb blasts served as a reminder of the threat the militants pose.

On September 21st, the Taliban said that there was no evidence of Islamic State or al Qaeda militants being in the country, despite the attacks.

Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid rejected accusations that al-Qaeda maintained a presence in Afghanistan and repeated pledges that there would be no attacks on third countries from Afghanistan from militant movements.

On August 26th, as American and foreign troops completed their withdrawal and frantic airlift from the country, ISIS suicide bombers targeted U.S. evacuation efforts outside Kabul international airport in one of the deadliest attacks in Afghanistan in years. The blast killed 169 Afghans and 13 U.S. service members.

The events have bolstered fears of more violence, as ISIS militants exploit the vulnerability of an overstretched Taliban government facing massive security challenges and an economic meltdown.

“They’re making a very dramatic comeback,” Ibraheem Bahiss, an International Crisis Group consultant and an independent research analyst said of Islamic State. “There could be a long-term struggle between the groups.”

Despite the significant Kabul Airport attack, Mujahid denied the movement had any genuine presence in Afghanistan though he said it “invisibly carries out some cowardly attacks”.

“The ISIS that exists in Iraq and Syria does not exist here. Still, some people who may be our own Afghans have adopted the ISIS mentality, which is a phenomenon that the people do not support,” he said.

“The security forces of the Islamic Emirate are ready and will stop them,” he said.

Maricopa County Supervisor Steve Chucri has been busted in leaked audio recordings where he tells the truth about the Maricopa County 2020 election.

Chucri said that the extremely small-scale audit, performed by Maricopa County and used to declare this election was free and fair, was actually “pretty bullshit“.

In a March 22nd meeting with We The People AZ Alliance, Chucri told Shelby Busch and Steve Robinson that his colleague Clint Hickman “didn’t have the guts” to do a real audit.

“I should have never believed what I was being told”, Chucri said after believing that they could only audit approximately 47,000 ballots out of nearly 2.1 million.

Chucri knew that Maricopa County needed a comprehensive full forensic audit to find the truth.

In a recorded phone call on January 22, Chucri shared what he really thinks happened before he agreed to perform an audit of only 2% of the ballots, and fought against audit efforts in unity with the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors.

Chucri: I think it was done through dead people voting. I think it was multifaceted.
