Doctorfag here. I have been treating COVID-19 for over a year with protocols I designed based on the FLCCC and the AAPS protocols. I have treated hundreds of patients and never had one die yet.
If you get COVID-19, antihistamines are good, but that's not all you need.
First, find a doctor who will write you for Ivermectin and find a pharmacy who will give it to you. covid19criticalcare.com has a list.
While you're doing that and waiting for your prescriptions, I recommend you take:
Zinc - 100 mg daily as long as you're sick. Go back to 35-50 mg daily once you feel better.
Vitamin D3 - 10000 IU daily. go back to 3000-4000 IU daily when you feel better.
Quercetin - 500 mg daily
N-Acetyl Cystine (NAC) 600 mg twice daily for mild symptoms, 1200 mg twice daily for severe symptoms. Go to 600 mg once daily when you get better.
Bromelain - 150-200 mg daily. This works with the NAC to denature the spike protein.
Aspirin - 325 mg daily for at least a month after you feel better. This will help you avoid blood clots. Also, stay active. If you are under 21, DO NOT USE ASPIRIN.
Vitamin C - 1000 mg daily
Melatonin 6 to 10 mg nightly.
Yes, go ahead and take an antihistamine. famotidine - 50 mg and Zyrtec 10 mg will do the trick without knocking you out.
Stay safe out there.
