The logic of your assertion implies a 'requirement', or 'necessity', or 'need', use any word you want to describe the logic of requiring the presence of 'Evil' in order to know or comprehend or experience 'Good', as per the assertion.
That logic is fallacious.
The meaning of Good can be self contained and Good can completely cover the Earth, with no Evil, and there would still be Good.
Evil cannot cover the entire Earth, for Evil will consume and annihilate itself as its logic.
