My son is USMC Reservist. He has been told that he will receive an “other than honorable” discharge if he doesn’t get vaccinated by the end of the year. He’s told them that he isn’t going to get it but they are going to give him “counseling” between now and the end of the year. That’s the protocol and the “counseling” consists of a medical professional (in uniform of course) trying to persuade him why he should get the vaccine.
