I've been lifting 36 years.

 

Right now I have a torn rotator cuff and nonexistent AC joint (old Army injury) and I can't even get in for surgery.

 

I have a feeling that'll be the least of our worries here soon.

 

The Greeks understood that to be a complete man you have to master yourself physically, mentally, and push yourself spiritually.

 

All 3 take work.

It's still torn.

 

My 50 year old ass decided I was gonna do the Tyson training. I rolled to about 1300 push-ups in the week, but threw my deltoid balance off (front heavy).

 

When they opened the gyms back up I didn't balance them out and jumped right to my usual heavy ass workout.

 

Ripped that fucker good.

That's what I did to keep my AC joint stable. Worked for 20 years, but with the rotator connection torn, the muscle isn't attached so I can't build it up again.

 

The VA offered to fix it for free since it is service connected, but I'd sooner cut my own dick off than let them touch me.
