GREENVILLE, S.C. —
A Greenville County Schools principal is on leave while district officials said they are investigating his posts on social media.
District Director of Media Relations Tim Waller confirmed the investigation Thursday into Preston Spratt, principal of AJ Whittenberg Elementary School of Engineering.
"I can confirm that the principal of AJ Whittenberg has been placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of an investigation into social media posts attributed to him and dating from 2012 and 2013," Waller said in a statement.
