Just so people know, doing deadlifts is a great way to get your body in shape. I am pretty surprised by it, but my waist has gotten smaller and my chest has gotten wider in only 3 weeks or so. My back is also much stronger.
I am assuming it's testosterone because I feel more jacked. I am a bit older, so I am not doing heavy lifting (135 lb to 185 lbs), but I still see great results. I was going to get to 225 lbs max, but maybe I don't need to.
Anyways, I think the power lifting moves are really helpful.
I'm assuming that people here are smart enough to ease into it and slowly progress, stretch, etc., so I don't need to tell you.
