In the case of a protective vaccination ordered on the basis of this Act or a vaccination publicly recommended by the supreme Land health authority or a vaccination pursuant to section 17a, paragraph 2 of the Soldiers Act, vaccinesmay be used which contain microorganisms which may be excreted by the vaccinated person and ingested by other persons. The fundamental right of physical integrity (Article 2, paragraph 2, sentence 1 of the Basic Law) is restricted in this respect.
