Brother works for Kroger. He got the J&J vaccine because he was an essential worker at the grocery store. After a couple weeks he started having pain in his arm, then his stomach from blood clots. They broke the clots putting tubes up his arteries to pump drugs. While this is going on they found out he has Endocarditis.
