i think that is the wrong side of the building, notice the height of the trees for 1, and the missing window, top row 6th in from the left starting from above his head.
those are Australian birds.
didn't realize street view was 2017-2018. same building, brick pattern matches. i also think they started with blurring the license plate of the car, it looked weird so they kept going, just missed the window with red in it through the dog leash.

Kewin, strange name. enunciates almost like Q in. scottish in heritage, quick glance says the earliest Kewin (surname) in the US is 1911.
the motto 'Reviresco' apparently translates into "I grow green"
