It's just the perspective is not exactly the same. Top row is there, the trees were probably cut down and newly planted (notice how small they are on google earth) and on the pic of the checkpoint, you can even see the fence that is visible in the USSS picture.
Plus it would make sense for the USSS to have an explosive sniffing dog at that checkpoint.
