Spent some time in a major coastal city. Majority of businesses had signs out saying, "Hiring All Positions."
Businesses very short-handed. Yet, multiple, able-bodied people walking around, asking for money or pan-handling.

How do you change INDIVIDUAL mindset? How do you change sorry, lazy mindset into work-ethic mindset?
Can it be changed?
Cut off ALL assistance completely? I mean nothing; no food stamps, no unemployment, no medicaid, no welfare. Nothing. Would it stimulate people to go to work?
