My livestream kept cutting out and had to watch on TV and away from my PC. IEMPLOREanons to go back to the recording of Ken Bennett when possible and listen to him read the statutes as he claims some glitch that made him unable to see as he read.

There is a legal commonality or doctrine known as the " May/Shall" rule

May means there is descretion and Shall means no descrestion itMUST BE DONE

Ken Benett is a former law maker! Considering theMAY/SHALLrule is law school 101 I'm pretty sure he knows about it!

He claimed glitch that he could not see the power point but was reading statutes.

Toward the end he read out loud but substituted the word "Shall" with "Should"

There is no such legal directive as "Should"

That asshole had 1 job tonight! Read the Statute aloud!

Any person who knows a basic understanding of the legal World is screaming like me!

May/Shall is not interchangeable with the word "Should"

>>14655436 That guy is compromised and held hostage! He chose 1 location to pull that stunt! It was towards the end so it was a wrap up when normies see the word shall in the statute they think "should" like it is some how a suggestion! "Shall " is not a suggestion in the law. It isMANDATORY

Yes anon! That is precisely what we saw and no other conclusion can be drawn! He is a former lawmaker and that mistake can never be seen as a mistake. The word should is not part of any statute in the USA
