If you are "fully vaccinated" and you test positive for "COVID" this might actually mean something as the PCR test cycles are reduced for the vaccinated in order to deflate cases relative to not vaccinated.
In other words those two "hosts" are possibly seriously "hosting" some pathogens.

NO. "The variants" are derived from vaccinated people. As the vaccinated either detox and stay away from "doctors" or else die from their jabs, the available pool of people who will accept jabbing goes down.
As fewer jabbed walk the streets the "variants" go away.
Now if it is aerosolized from the sky, who knows? But some of us are ready.
