Today/yesterday the Biden admin cucked and his DOJ dropped the charges and in return the Chinese freed the Canadians. Officially they are calling it deferred prosecution, but we all know what it is, Huawei's CFO is free as a bid, and all it took was hooking some Canadian balls to a car battery.
