Why is the news media telling me that the AZ audit found that Biden won?
So…we don't get to hear her read that letter that she wanted us to hear?

I am unclear (I understand why the news media is reporting it) to exactly what they are pointing towards that is making them draw their final conclusion that Biden won…hands down?
The exact terms they used: Biden won Arizona in 2020 election, draft report of GOP-backed ballot review shows
Is it word-games they are playing to show that Biden won?
Draft report?
Ballot Review?
Why not say: Arizona Audit shows instead of using those other terms?
Is there a difference between those terms?
